The house consists of: Ground floor large living room with open kitchen, fireplace, relaxation area, billiards, 1 bathroom with shower. Double access to the outside with: relaxation area, tables, chairs, umbrella, barbecue, park and swimming pool shared with the guests of the other two apartments, as well as parking. P1 is accessed via an external staircase with landing and balcony to access the rooms: 1 double bedroom +2 triple + 1 bathroom with shower.

A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

"Casa Beppa" Apartment a few steps from the sea

Quiet accommodation. The "Casa Beppa" apartment is about 350 meters from the pine forest and sea. The area is complete with all services, and this allows you not to use the car. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both double (the second can be converted with 2 single beds), bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and balcony. The apartment is on the first floor, without an elevator.
