Good & beautiful place one of the best to stay in north goa.

Excellent place, clean bathroom, bed is big enough to fit three people, two balconies are always a plus. Overall the experience was amazing and the host is very helpful. There are lots of small helpful things like a lighter, batteries, playing cards, bt speaker, etc. this was a very nice touch. It's also walking distance from Bogmalo beach but it's slight uphill while coming back so can be a bit tiring. The area around the property is very private and quiet. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay around Bogmalo/Chikolna area.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at your Apartments in Candolim with our family. The property is exactly as described — calm, beautiful, and with a lovely ambience that truly lives up to its name. The location is excellent — everything you need is within a 5-7 minute walk, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. It made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. A special mention to the caretaker, Lakshman, who was extremely supportive and always available whenever we needed anything. The house owner also regularly checked in to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Goa. Would definitely come back again!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. We had a great time staying at your home in Goa! The place is beautifully decorated, giving off warm and cozy vibes that made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and really added to the charm of the place. However, we did face some issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which may have been due to the weather. This made it a bit difficult during working hours. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we truly appreciated the ambiance and comfort your home offered.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio apartment villa in Benaulim, South Goa. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk to the beach, which made mornings and sunsets truly magical. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The villa had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the quiet surroundings added to the relaxing vibe. It’s clear that the host has put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and convenient space for guests. In a time when Airbnb is often reduced to just business, Zak’s place at Omakote revives its original spirit—genuine hospitality, warmth, and human connection. While the setting and the friendly dogs add charm, it’s Zak’s affable nature that makes the experience truly memorable.

This place was an absolute delight! The moment we stepped inside the house we were hit with immediate positive vibes. This place was lovely beyond our expectations. The property looks better then the photos , has a really pretty architecture and the best part were all these cute decorations and old school artifacts. Both the host and the caretaker were very helpful and responsive during check in and check out process. The place was spotlessly clean and the entire property being seemingly new gave it a very fresh vibe. The property is also bigger than it looks in the pictures and we were highly impressed by the fact that how the 2 bedrooms on the first floor were basically mini apartments with their own living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. All amenities that we needed were available. The location of the property is also perfect and quiet with multiple restaurants and beaches in a 10 min driving radius. I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to return next time

My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

So firstly for anyone who's going to go to goa for the first time with your friends or family. I think this place is to be as it has all the amenities that you would have at maybe a house. The place was clean and the most important is the view that you get from the balcony. This was just a all in all a great experience

Perfect stay … for homely vibes With perfect surrounding and worth it

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

One of the very few Airbnbs I’ve stayed at that truly deserves more than a 5-star rating in every aspect! Madhwendra has meticulously planned every detail with thoughtful touches throughout the home. We stayed for 5 nights, worked remotely, and cooked all three meals daily without any hassle — the kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned every day. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for early morning or evening strolls. The house itself is beautifully designed and has all amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. With 3 ACs running efficiently, we never felt the Goan heat while working. Truly a hidden gem and by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in Goa. Highly recommended!
