Great Stay – Close to the Beach with All Amenities! We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining out very convenient. Parking was available, which made our trip even smoother. The host was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any queries, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a lovely kitchen equipped with essential appliances like a toaster, washing machine, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Everything about the listing was great. Host was always responsive and helpful. The society has lots of restrictions/Do’s and Dont’s. Rest everything was perfect.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

We had a great stay and Patricia a great host. The place is in a great location accessible to restaurants, beach and shopping. The host communicated through out our stay. Would highly recommend the place for a peaceful holiday

It was a great stay. felt right at home here. beautiful surroundings with greenery everywhere overall a great experience. really helpful and responsive host too. we were contemplating due to some bad reviews but we faced absolutely ZERO issues during our stay here. would absolutely recommend this place for someone who would want a peaceful and serene stay.

Anshul's place has everything you need, it's ideally placed in Cavelossim, easily walkable to the beach, there's a nice restaurant just at the end of the estate along with a small supermarket for essentials. And you're very close to other amenities. Friendly cleaner visiting every day. Anshul's recommendations were great, as was his communication. The complex was well maintained, though the pools in the complex (which I'm sure the host doesn't have any say in the upkeep of) weren't cleaned as frequently as we would have expected. But this is a very minor thing, you were better off going in the sea a few minutes walk away. You won't find a better place to stay in Cavelossim. Book and enjoy!

Awesome experience flat was neat and clean on arrival host really helped us out to make a smooth checkin, we stayed for 7 days and no disturbance was from the owner. Apartment is a bit far from main city, but you can always use GoaMiles app for travel by cab. There are some real network issues in the apartment but nevermind until and unless you plan to move permanent. WiFi will come to your rescue..!! You can always order from swiggy for food. Grocery and liquor shops are just walking distance. Stay was value for money.

The house itself exudes a beautiful vibe, and the pastel color palette truly makes you feel like you've wandered into a Disney movie – a serene and enchanting escape. Beyond the aesthetics, Allison is an exceptional host. Her proactive nature and genuine care for her guests shine through. When I wasn't feeling well, she was incredibly attentive, consistently checking in on me and offering any assistance I might need. As a female solo traveler, feeling safe and secure is paramount, and Allison's welcoming and trustworthy demeanor made my stay in Benaulim complete.

Our stay at Costa montage was lovely. The rooms were clean and perfect for a getaway in South Goa. Ritu's detailed colorful interiors made our stay much more lively. Great facilities with the beach a stone throw away and safe vicinity. Thank you for hosting us, definitely recommend the place. 💯

This Place is a Gem for group of friends or a Family. Spacious 2bhk Apartment well managed, clean and as good as shown in photos. Its A Luxury at cost of budget. Tarunpreet is a great host always active & responsive. She sorts everything you need to ease your vacation. Safety is well managed with security active 24hours. Definitely will be visiting again. The property is extremely beautiful,closer to the nature in a peaceful community. The flat is exactly same as shown in the photos.Neat and tidy, aesthetically designed and from the balcony, you can get a glimpse of Nerul river. House-help Pushpa didi comes everyday for cleaning purpose. Society pool is also very clean,we had a great time there. The place is 2km away from Candolim beach making it easier to reach all the famous spots of north Goa. Supermarket is just 500 meters away. Hema had also given the contacts for Airport cab and scooty for rental. Both the contacts were very reasonable and provided the service at our doorstep.Overall, This was the perfect place for us and we fully enjoyed the stay at Hema’s place. Would love to come again

The first thing you notice as you enter Costa's Montage is the colourful apartment buildings surrounded by greenery... The place walking distance from the Benaulim with its clean beach and inviting waters. The apartment itself is tastefully done up. The kitchenette has provision of every little thing- bottle opener, scissor, what nots and so does the apartment! For a couple it's a perfect getaway... Infact you can be quite comfy here for months even. However, for more than two visitors , just one washroom can be limiting. All in all, 10/10 for this cute little place. Loved it! P.S. The balcony by the attic is perfect for star gazing.
