Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Loft apartment – central … and surrounded by greenery

You will feel comfortable in our cozy loft apartment. You live quietly - in the middle of the countryside - and yet you are just a few steps across the beautiful Schlossplatz in the city center with many small shops and restaurants. The harbor with bicycle and boat rentals, the swimming pool with a large sauna area, one of the most beautiful cinemas in Germany, the walking and cycling paths along the canal and through the surrounding fields and pastures are right on the doorstep.

The townhouse "Thea" convinces with cozy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa cuddled with a tea.

You will stay on the first floor of the villa with 120 m² of living space in high rooms in the exclusive ambience of a modernly designed villa with historic furniture from the Gründerzeit period. My wish is that my vacation guests will relax and feel comfortable! When renovating this apartment, I was able to create a cozy atmosphere! The ambiance is very nice and stylish with a rustic flair! Downstairs is one bedroom with double bed, new bathroom and kitchen! Upstairs is a living room with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00), a lounge area, a dining area and a fireplace! Tone panoramic windows complete it all!
