My place is near a supermarket, the beach, and the main avenue. You'll love it because it's close to the beach and on an island surrounded by nature, dunes, and Lagoa Adriana, with paddle boats and equipment for physical exercises, and simple but very well-kept squares. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), furry friends (pets), has space in the back and front where you can store cars or use as a leisure space; You know what? I wouldn't trade my place for anything...

The house is a beach house, close to the beach, only 150 meters away! Mega cozy, One of the strengths is certainly the unique privacy, high walls make you feel free to bathe in the shower and walk in the Garden without worrying. This is an amazing house, fully furnished and equipped with the best for an unforgettable stay. A place for those who need peace, silence and fresh air to relax. With 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room, an extensive kitchen and an incredible gourmet area extended with a swimming pool. The beach is 150 meters away on a practically deserted beach. The house and pool cleaning fees are 100% passed on to local workers, we have no profit in these amounts.

PARADISE - 6 en-suites with complete leisure on the beach

The house is wonderful. We were in a group of 17 people and it accommodated us well. The house is complete, has a delicious pool and a very complete leisure area. The kitchen is also very complete. Rebeca's hospitality, responding very quickly and resolving all doubts (and look, as the group was large there were several doubts), the caretaker and the housekeeper were also always ready to help with whatever was needed, are points that make you even more comfortable. I loved it. When we return to Iguape, we will definitely return to this house.

The house is excellent and very spacious, it accommodated us very well. I'll definitely come back more often. What I found bad was the proximity to the center, during the holidays you can hear the noise a little. I think noise-resistant windows would already muffle the outside noise, but nothing that wasn't worth the stay. Feeling at home! The very considerate host
