This is an amazing house, fully furnished and equipped with the best for an unforgettable stay. A place for those who need peace, silence and fresh air to relax. With 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room, an extensive kitchen and an incredible gourmet area extended with a swimming pool. The beach is 150 meters away on a practically deserted beach. The house and pool cleaning fees are 100% passed on to local workers, we have no profit in these amounts.

Great house, with very equipped, mattresses, and very comfortable beds. The pool is great and it was clean, and the house was all organized and clean. Easy access to everything and close to the city center, as well as being very close to a beach. A positive point for the reception of the host who welcomed us very well and left us at home.

We went on Easter holiday and chose the place because of the large space, it had 3 bedrooms as we needed and a swimming pool. Regarding the space the house corresponds to the one announced, we were at 7 people but quietly accommodates 10 as advertised. Although the kitchen and living room are not large the bedrooms and the open areas assist in the dynamics of the accommodation. The host was very kind and relaxed the check-in, the person who received us was also very polite and requests. The house is in a quiet place in the city and although the beach has no structure of kiosks and the like, a few blocks away (it is possible to go on foot) a beach with such structure can be found. We can easily find places to eat and buy some things.

The stay was great, we had an in-flexible check, we arrived earlier and we were answered promptly. The accommodation was clean, with a good leisure space. Nearby has supermarkets. We highly recommend and we will certainly return to the location of returning to Iguape.

It was a very pleasant stay, the house was very organized and clean, had everything they needed. The host was attentive and the contact with him was very easy, he responded quickly. It was a great weekend and the house and the people who served us made a difference in everything. I am very grateful and we will use the house again.

The house has a very good outdoor area, large pool with good depth, but some things are missing to make the stay more comfortable, such as a second refrigerator in the outdoor area, as the kitchen does not cool much. The stove needs maintenance because we can only light two mouths. Simple things like a microwave and more pots in the kitchen were missing, and maybe a TV in the living room. In the bedrooms have a good amount of beds.
