Beach house vacation rentals in Iguape

very cozy house, perfect place to rest with the family and have fun, and of course the education, friendliness and dedication to the guest that we received from Dona Eolinda and daughter, made all the difference for us to feel at home. And we'll be back soon.

We went on Easter holiday and chose the place because of the large space, it had 3 bedrooms as we needed and a swimming pool. Regarding the space the house corresponds to the one announced, we were at 7 people but quietly accommodates 10 as advertised. Although the kitchen and living room are not large the bedrooms and the open areas assist in the dynamics of the accommodation. The host was very kind and relaxed the check-in, the person who received us was also very polite and requests. The house is in a quiet place in the city and although the beach has no structure of kiosks and the like, a few blocks away (it is possible to go on foot) a beach with such structure can be found. We can easily find places to eat and buy some things.

We were very welcome by Mr. Elias, the place is very pleasant, easy access to the beach. We will return more often.

The very well-equipped house, great for traveling in a group, has dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, coffee strainer, very well-equipped. We rented in order to enjoy the carnival in Iguape, it was great because we stayed less than 15 minutes from the center of Iguape, we were able to enjoy the beach on the Island as well. There is farmacia da to go on foot from the house, less than 400m. The markets and the beach are more comfortable to go by car, as we drove all this was less than 3min from the house! Lucilene always available and sympathic. One thing we love is the silence around, really quiet the street! We went in 3 couples and each managed to stay in a room! We highly recommend it!

We really like hosting! Great location, close to beach and has market on the corner. Flexible entry and exit time and Luciana responded to us super fast. I recommend it!

The four days we spent in this super cozy space that gave us that feeling of being at home were very nice. The house is spacious, super clean and organized, and is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, with all the support materials, electrical items and utensils we needed. Paula was super attentive, providing information about the place, recommending restaurants and responding promptly. There is already a desire for all of us to return to Jureia and we will contact Paula again.

Bia was super helpful, answered our questions and we had a fruitful stay. The house was clean, the space is very nice and it is in front of the beach. The only thing missing was air conditioning and a microwave

Great, very spacious with several suites, one suggestion would be to light the lawn, and make the barbecue a little bit bigger. The location is great, in front of the beach, everything is close by.

The House is impeccable, a new and very clean house, in a privileged location, 100 meters from the beach. The impeccable kitchen, the super clean rooms, a pleasant space,the differential are the 3 air-connected ones that worked perfectly, 2 bikes available( my son loved), the clean pool, a great garage, well-kept outdoor area, the place is wonderful, near quiet neighbors, super calm neighborhood and far from the bustle, the house is safe and come without fear. Host Ana wonderful, quick and super flexible responses, Marcos welcomed us very well and gave us one more thing in the pool, and we did not want to return home, we will return more times... At the time of Checkout, that is, we handed the key to the house to Marcos, we did a thorough cleaning and tried to leave it the same way we found...

The house matches the photos. It's very clean, it doesn't smell musty. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, the rooms are airy. The area is a little far from the central area. It is a quieter place, good to rest and relax with the family. Very good pool and barbecue area too. The caretaker Orlando is very attentive and kind.

Casa da Luciana is wonderful and very clean, it has everything we need. I felt at home . Very close to the beach and close to the dunes was great those 5 days, although we will rent more often.. Gratitude

Wonderful house, this is the second time we've stayed at Tiago and Dona Rose's house. Always helpful and attentive, super cozy house, although the intense heat the house is very airy. wonderful. The house is wonderful. We were in a group of 17 people and it accommodated us well. The house is complete, has a delicious pool and a very complete leisure area. The kitchen is also very complete. Rebeca's hospitality, responding very quickly and resolving all doubts (and look, as the group was large there were several doubts), the caretaker and the housekeeper were also always ready to help with whatever was needed, are points that make you even more comfortable. I loved it. When we return to Iguape, we will definitely return to this house.

I loved the house, very well located, the space is very good for children, it has a very nice yard, everything is clean and organized, the house offers everything for a quiet stay, well-ventilated space, better than in the photo, the place is so calm that you can hear the sea from the house, many colorful birds with their wonderful songs, we had the opportunity to walk to the beach with our 4-year-old daughter, deserted beach, it was practically just us. The island is beautiful and full of attractions, Lucas is very polite and always ready to answer any questions. I will certainly return, I highly recommend it to everyone.

The house is very spacious, ventilated, with comfortable indoor and outdoor space. It was very clean and had a variety of kitchen utensils. The location is good and the neighborhood is quiet. The host Sueliy always responded quickly, kindly and check-in and check-out were very easy. I recommend it!

Casa pé na areia (empty beach - almost private), located in an extremely safe and quiet village, perfect for those looking to disconnect from the routine and relax. With 3 bedrooms (2 equipped with air conditioning), full kitchen, 3 refrigerators and a good BBQ area, it is the ideal getaway for moments of leisure and rest in the midst of nature, with privacy and comfort. The house is located about 8 km driving along the beach, and a high car makes it easy to get around. It is recommended to bring repellent and drinking water. The internet signal is practically non-existent, and only the operator Vivo works a little. The sockets are 220V, so stay tuned when charging/connecting your devices (I learned this the worst way, burning a device). None of this, however, compromises the experience. The place is simply magnificent, a true isolated paradise, ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy the natural beauty to the fullest. We will be back!
