Comfortable, stylish home near Audlem and Nantwich

CharlotteRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Shippon is by far the best Airbnb we've stayed at. Great space, a huge (and very lovely) garden. Extremely well equipt, thoughtful touches and a lovely welcome hamper. Peaceful location with lots of lovely walks and pubs nearby. A perfect spot to meet with friends, would also be perfect for families - single level, safe garden, games etc. We would certainly like to come back.

Secluded Lakeside Hut with log-fired hot tub

Erin RoseRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We recently stayed in this charming little shepherd’s hut by the lake and overall had a really lovely experience. The hut itself is cosy, surprisingly warm even in cooler weather, and has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. It was clean and tidy, aside from a few cobwebs — nothing major, but worth mentioning. Being right on the lake, the setting is beautiful and serene, with stunning views. However, if you’re not a fan of bugs, just be aware that they’re definitely part of the experience — totally natural for the environment, but something to keep in mind. The walk from the car park to the hut is a bit rugged, and there’s quite a bit of goose/duck/animal mess along the way. Definitely bring sturdy boots or shoes you don’t mind getting a little dirty! The hosts were lovely — really friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a unique, peaceful retreat close to nature (and don’t mind getting a bit muddy or buggy), this place is definitely worth a visit.
A view from the window captures a serene garden scene, featuring lush greenery and trees. A sloped roof in the foreground adds depth, while a small outdoor seating area can be seen amidst the garden, offering a peaceful ambiance.

Very accommodating host. Allowed us to add an extra guest at short notice and was very responsive to any queries. We were left fresh bread and milk on arrival. Would definitely recommend and most probably return!

The Rare Retreat

IzabelleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautiful two night stay at the rare retreat with my boyfriend. The shepherds hut was pristine and cosy (with scones and fresh milk waiting for us upon our arrival - a super thoughtful touch) - it was clear the host had really put a lot of thought and effort into everything. We had a little trip to the shop on site and purchased some jam and extra milk, all fresh from the farm which we loved. Becky was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to get settled - would definitely recommend and would love to come again! Thank you x
The cottage exterior showcases a quaint facade with a tiled roof and a landscaped garden. A small patio area features two bistro chairs and a table, surrounded by vibrant flower beds. Large French doors provide access to the interior, enhancing the connection with the outside.

Cottage in rural North Shropshire

CharlotteRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We really enjoyed our stay here whilst visiting my dad. We bought our springer spaniel and there was a lovely outdoor space we could use. The only downside was we did find it difficult to originally locate the property but with the instructions the owner gave us this did really help. We will definitely be back.
