This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 6 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

Dedgum, rural on the waterfront.

This little house has two sides to it. On the breakfast side, you sit very peacefully looking out over the meadows. With a bit of luck, the cows will walk past on the road towards the pasture. On the other side of the house, you are situated on the well-known Elfstedentocht route. It's a bit livelier here. Boats, cyclists, and many tours following the famous Eleven Cities route. The sun circles the house, which means it has a wonderfully sunny garden at any time of the day.

The view of the sea dike and the masts of the ships in the harbor makes it the perfect location for rest and relaxation. From the front door, you can walk up the dike and have a view of the IJsselmeer and the port of Makkum. The center of Makkum is around the corner, and the beach is also close by!

Welcome to our characteristic cottage, located in the center of Makkum. In earlier times, a skipper's family, father, mother and six children lived in this house. Father on the water and mother sold petroleum at home. Nowadays, it is no longer possible to imagine. Now this cozy cottage offers all the comforts for two people in a lovely quiet neighborhood. A few nice restaurants, the bakery, bike rental and the supermarket are within walking distance.

In 2022, we built our vacation home in this unique location and it has all the comforts! Whether you are cooking together in the luxury kitchen or hanging out on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove, you will notice the intimate atmosphere and the beautiful light everywhere. The house is located directly on open water and has a large veranda. With the village and beach within cycling distance, this is a wonderful place to recharge.
