Little Nell Ranch of Lostine

MorganRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This was our third time staying at Nicole's farm house-- and just like the last two times, it did not disappoint. The Farmhouse is so peaceful and the night sky is stunning. The hiking, biking, and walking on the country road was fantastic. It was just the recharge we needed. Nicole was- as always- communicative but also respectful of our space. She is always happy to give great hiking and biking recommendations. We had a great hike in Joseph, played frisbee golf in the park, and even took a cold plunge in the lake. The local brewery (Terminal Gravity) was excellent. We also utilized the kitchen space and grill so that we didn't have to eat out for every meal. We can't wait to come back!

Bunkhouse on a ranch

CosminRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Gorgeous & spacious, we thought it was better than in the pictures! - Nice & cool + heating options, so climate was very adjustable - Cell reception was spotty but available - Kitchen was well furnished and stocked with appliances and utensils - we didn't get to try the wood burning stove but the charcoal grill on the back porch was awesome - Bed in the loft was fun to get to & very comfy. It was nice to wake to so much sunlight coming in through the windows in the morning! - Shower had great water pressure & hot water, we brought our own toiletries. Overall, the entire host family was very welcoming, responsive and proactive, even lighting the grill for us before we got there as we mentioned we were going to grill kebabs upon arrival! Lucky it wasn't fire season yet - think the grill isn't allowed to be used after June 1st. Bonus: sadly we didn't get to meet their chocolate lab, but we did get to meet their horses, Dapper and Tea, as the horse stalls are close by!

Apartment in the Mountains with Vaulted Ceilings

CaseyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
It's just as described, but more private than we expected. It's over the garage separate from the residence. We never heard a sound from anyone. The main road is a great road bike ride--about 5 miles with gradual slope. The setting is beautiful. Furniture is comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. Exceeded our expectations. We will stay again.

Faulder Acres

ShellyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Stayed a long weekend in Kalispell to visit family. Hotels during peak season in the valley are expensive and thought we'd give Airbnb a try. This property was super close to our son's place and not far from town at all. Realistically we just needed a place to sleep at night. It is definitely quiet. We didn't cook while there, but the kitchen had what you needed if you so chose to. The bathroom was tight but we worked it out. The outdoor space was nice if you wanted to kick back with a glass of wine or use the bbq. Did walk over the say hello to the goats. Saw beautiful pheasants in the morning. Nice stay overall.

Second time back at Scott's cabin. It's in a great location for us, quiet, easy, a bit rustic but comfy. Had an issue with the water that was resolved for us. Scott's been great with communication and friendly. We've always enjoyed our stays here! If I had a suggestion, it would be to invest in a quality king size bed & mattress. It would greatly improve the sleep quality. 😴 Thanks!

The Shoebox, a little cottage, one dog friendly.

NancyRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We spent a week at Shoebox and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for walking downtown Kalispell shopping, museums, and eating. The neighborhood is quiet with light traffic. The size of the Shoebox is perfect for 2 people. There are enough places to put your items while staying at the cottage. Gail has supplied a LOT of extras, bear spray, bug spray, bandaids, spices, etc. to make your stay easier. Parking is right outside the door off the street. We ate most of our meals in the cottage. There were enough cooking pans, aluminum foil, cooking spray, etc. There are only enough bowls, plates, spoons, and forks for a couple of meals, so you need to run the dishwasher every day. The bed was very soft for us, but others may like a very soft bed. We enjoyed playing corn hole in the evening. The gas stove worked perfectly on the cold mornings. There are a lot of windows to open during the day. The lockbox worked great. Internet was excellent. Close to Whitefish & Bigfork.

We had a spectacular time at Honey’s Place. The rental was well stocked with everything we needed. All was super clean with beautiful antiques and added touches. The mattresses were best we’ve encountered on our cross country trip. The hot tub was perfect - it was awesome to relax there and see all the stars. The owners were super nice and easy to contact. Bonus: dogs to play with!! We definitely recommend Honey’s Place and hope to return in the future.
