Vacation rentals with breakfast in Idaho Falls

Beautiful townhome. There was plenty of space for us and the grandkids to come visit. The location was perfect. Working with Lynsi was easy. She gave us detailed instructions for both arrival and check out protocols. She gave us a great list of things to do while in town and some favorite places to eat as well. She was friendly from start to finish. Everything we needed was there for us to use. She even upgraded our townhome for us without an extra charge. Thank you Lynsi for the wonderful stay!!! Mitch and Mandy’s place is located in a quiet street. The home looks exactly like the pictures with lots of charm. Great location for our needs with everything within 5-10 minutes. If I find myself in Idaho falls again, I would stay again!

I was a little shocked to find out upon arriving that it was a shared space, I was under the impression we were renting the entire house, but I think it was my own fault for not reading the description closely enough. It did come up in the search results for “entire house” but the hosts were extremely friendly, so we didn’t mind so much. They accommodated our large group on short notice and we had a great time. I highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t mind a shared space.

The hosts were very accommodating. The home was beautiful with very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this home while staying in the Rexburg area.

It’s a great place to stay and I’m planning on going back. It’s super clean and cozy. It’s a great place to relax. The host is super responsive and communicative. Overall it’s a really great bargain!

This stay is highly recommended. I’ve done a lot of traveling in my day, and this was hands down one of the nicest, easiest accessible, clean and beautiful homes I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Not only were they available DAY OF, but Lyn and her people were beyond helpful. Between sending out activities around the home, and coupons for free deserts, and just being there for you, They made it a pleasure to stay there and if I ever find myself back in rexburg, I will make sure it is with them! Beautiful home, area, and town, HIGHLY recommend!

Greta place!

The place was really cool. My kids freaked out when they saw all the cool games. The only negative I would give is I wouldn’t recommend for more than 4 people sleeping there. I felt bad for my older daughter to sleep on the couch without a regular pillow and blanket. Other than that we would stay there again!

We needed a place to stay for a month, and on short notice, and Ben went the extra mile to deep clean his basement apartment for us to live in, even though we had originally booked to live in his backyard trailer. For that I will forever be grateful. The place was as-described in the listing, and was clean and warm. It’s a converted basement, but there’s central heating that controls a gas fireplace, so we were comfortable. All the furnishings and decorations were Coca-Cola or camp/wildlife themed, which I thought was kinda funny and cute. The location is convenient, it’s just one block from Sunnyside Road, and takes 15 minutes to drive to downtown Idaho Falls. Ben always announced ahead of time by call or text when he was going to come fix something, and otherwise he didn’t bother us. Actually we bothered him a few times, and he was pretty gracious about it.

Lyn was extremely kind and helpful. The facility was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Very kid and family friendly while being peaceful and safe. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Lyn’s. It was a great location, close to BYU-I. We were able to visit Teton National Park, Yellowstone and Craters of the Moon. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated being able to wash and dry clothes. The only complaint was the bathroom and bedroom garbage weren’t emptied when we arrived. We would stay here again. (There is one free breakfast for one person. The free yogurt and chocolates are a nice touch).

Tessa was amazing! So friendly and accommodating. She replied back very quickly to messages. The room with the twin bunk beds was cute and very clean.

Peaceful place, cabin that surrounded by wild nature and a creek fully with fish.. Great people own the place and they are willing to help with every need! We already want to come back
