The Coach House, The Haywain, Bramling, Canterbury

MartinRating, 5 stars9 months ago
My in-laws from South Africa stayed here for just over 5 weeks and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Kevin and Louise were always on hand to answer any questions and were very friendly. The food and drink at the Haywain next door was enjoyed very much! There is a bus stop nearby and my in-laws who are both in their 80s were able to easily navigate their way to Canterbury and back without any issues. The accommodation is on a main road but as my in-laws are hard of hearing it did not affect them. Ear plugs were provided regardless :-) Thank you to Kevin and Louise for given them a wonderful stay.

Fantastic communication from Clare and any queries were swiftly dealt with. The place was easy to find, check-in was straightforward. Friendly dog and cute chickens on site. Cottage was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely tennis court for guests and extra-friendly al fresco cafe serving light, tasty meals on site. Gorgeous part of Kent, friendly pubs within walking distance.

Jacobs Lodge - Fordwich

A lovely place to stay. Unfortunately I only had a limited time there, literally arrived late and left just after rush hour. But I would have liked to have had the opportunity to explore the area more. The accommodation was first class, very comfortable and very quiet, a secluded setting. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Peter and Louise were fantastic hosts. Peter met us and welcomed us to their cute, medieval/tudor place. He was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. He was very responsive during our stay and was great with the kids too. I would love to go back at some point.

The Studio beside The Barn

David is a wonderful host. Super friendly, great recommendations and overall a really nice man. The Studio was perfect. Immaculate, spotless and everything we needed. The bed was so comfy and the shower was great. The style of the studio is lovely- the old beams mixed with the new modern facilities made it stand out. Overall we would have given more stars if we could! Very sad to leave but cannot rate David's property highly enough Thank you x

We had a lovely two night stay in Wingham. The house was clean and comfortable and Laurice was a wonderful host. We spent a day exploring Canterbury which was a short 15 min drive away. It’s a shame we couldn’t have stayed longer as there’s lots to do in the area. Thanks Laurice!
