We had a wonderful stay! The location really can’t be beat and the guest house was spacious and comfortable. We loved waking up to the ocean just outside our window. We would love to stay again.

The cutest little farm in eastern Iceland. This was definitely one of my favorite farm stays during my trip to Iceland. Anya at check in was so warm and friendly and told me about a short little 20 minute hike on their property to see a small little waterfall among the Lupines. I would definitely stay here again when I take my next trip to Iceland.

Amazing house in the middle of nowhere! Very cozy and quiet, with a great surroundings. They offer you everything that you need for using the kitchen. The jacuzzi and sauna are incredible.

Great decor, very clean and easy to get to with public transport. Close to main city centre for easy access.

A nice and spacious accommodation with good view of the auroras. Communal kitchen was well maintained and clean. Host was very responsive and helpful☺️

A beautiful property with great amenities. I didn't get a chance to use the spa or hot tub but everything looked clean and tidy. The kitchen was clean and had all the basics you might need. Þórunn was very friendly and responsive.

We traveled with 3 adults, 1 teenager and 3 children (3,5,8) and had the most amazing time! They were so kind and accommodating. Wonderful experience- highly recommend ❤️❤️

a great experience to see an Icelandic horse farm. You really stay in a home. The horses and dogs are super trusting and Snæbjöen has plenty of interesting stories to share.

Good stay for one night during our travels, very clean! A kitchen would have been nice though, and it’s a bit noisy in the morning because you can hear your room neighbours. But we slept very well. Nice beds.

It was a beautiful location and pristine surroundings

We had the best time here. Cute houses, very clean, hottubs were a very welcome luxury after a long day. Just minutes away from Selfoss where we had an amazing dinner at the Foodhall

great accomdation close to Myvatn. Easy to access. well sized with good bathroom, very comfy bed and breakfast included. I managed to see the northern lights there which made this stay even more special.

Lovely cottage with amazing views. Cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly what we were looking for. Comfy beds and couch. Loved the covered hot tub - we had windy/rainy evenings, so it was nice to soak while having some weather protection! There is a large windowed sliding door you can open as well to let in cool air in. Host was friendly and communicative, check-in and check-out were very easy. Other pros - there’s a cute restaurant onsite, and we didn’t use them, but also laundry facilities. We’d definitely stay again!

This is a cute cottage in an area with many cottages. It overlooks a lovely field as well as an area where RVs and campers are. The washer and dryer are both paid and in a central location. The hot tub was ready for us and we were shown to our cabin, which was kind. There is a restaurant and a small grocery area at the location, which is very convenient. I would choose this location again. It is in a very convenient location in the golden circle.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hjarðarból! The owner was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure that everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hot tub was absolutely amazing, providing a perfect way to relax. The location is quiet and peaceful, making it a great retreat from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay on ring road Highway N1.

We spent one night in this beautiful shelter, the surroundings and the view are stunning! We found all the common areas very clean and tidy, same thing for the bedroom and the bathrooms. We enjoyed the dinner, abundant and tasty. The guys at the reception were very friendly, kind and proactive, they gave us some very useful tips for the next day. Fantastic the hot springs, too bad we couldn't use them for the late hour but we will return for sure in the future and we'll try them!

The room was a described with a separate entrance and private bathroom. It was clean and good enough for 3 adults. It was easy to find, even though it is close to the highway #1,it was very quiet and private. Anairda’s advice were useful and we appreciated a kettle that she left for us per our response. The house is close to the hikes and sightseeing areas. I’d highly recommend to rent this place and would definitely come back if I have a chance to visit this beautiful country. Excellent self-service shared apartment concept that allows you to enjoy the peninsula at a very affordable cost and with very good services.

The concept is great, the accommodation is clean and very pleasant, with a magnificent view. If we return to Iceland, we will not hesitate!

Nice modern place and even hot tubs. good even for 4 people to stay there one night and visit the forest lagoon and eat some very yummy ice cream in Akureyri.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean room with everything you need. We showed up late at night. They were serving dinner to the fisherman who come to fish. Even though the dinner already started, they accommodated us and let us eat as well. Which was really nice since most places were already closed. We got to meet local Icelandic fishermen and talk to them which was nice to interact with true locals. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus. The breakfast was also the best breakfast we had during our 2 week stay. We’ll definitely come back again on our next trip!

Great place in the corner of peninsula, better to driver there since wonderful views around the location( in the national park). Price is very affordable and quiet, host has hundreds of notes everywhere in the room that you cannot make any mistakes by following the instructions. She is soooo nice and friendly, first choice of Airbnb in Snaefellsjokull.

Brand new cabins at a stunning location!! Highly recommended stay in this area, could have spend hours enjoying the sea view!
