En general, nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento fue muy positiva. El espacio se ajustó perfectamente a lo que se mostraba en las fotografías y la descripción, lo cual valoramos mucho. La ubicación era conveniente, aunque nosotros tuvimos problemas para encontrarlo, el lugar estaba limpio y bien equipado, y el anfitrión fue atento y comunicativo en todo momento. Sin embargo, nos gustaría mencionar que durante nuestra estancia tuvimos un inconveniente con el suministro de agua caliente, lo cual afectó un poco nuestra comodidad. Sería ideal que este aspecto se revisara y solucionara para futuros huéspedes.

Had a good time with family, very beautiful and comfortable home; the area is safe and quiet. Fiorella was a great host, she was easy to communicate with and always available. The only problem we encountered was that taxi drives are not familiar with the condominium’s location. Highly recommended!

We appreciated your quick responses and helpful recommendations. Reni was a great onsite host. It was a pleasure getting to know him and joining us on dune buggy ride. The location was perfect, the home was spacious, cozy and clean. The pool was very nice as well. Fernanda/Reni were always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

La casa es muy linda y está nuevecita! Lo mejor es que está cerca a varios puntos turísticos en carro. Fuimos con mi família y está muy bien equipada, la Sra. Pilar además de ser muy amable, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Definitivamente volveremos con un grupo de amigos, está excelente! Gracias por todo, Hilda!

Bonita zona residencial exclusiva, muy segura, la casa muy limpia y ordenada, equipada con todo lo ofrecido, dejó todas las instrucciones claras, en portería fueron muy amables y atentos. Tomar en cuenta que no se encuentra cerca del centro, recomendable tener carro o gastar en taxis y la piscina no se encuentra tan cerca de la casa como aparece en las fotos publicadas, ademas que tiene restricciones (horario, prendas y bebidas).

Jimena was great! She even helped me schedule a taxi for early in the morning (Uber isn’t available there) so her service was amazing. The Airbnb was incredible too and just as beautiful as the pictures
