Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

There is a village pub within a short walk from the cottage, and there are many wonderful walks without the need to drive. Close to the New Forest, on the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm). Note, we are situated on a main A road.

A 2 bedroom bungalow set in the New Forest village of Mockbeggar (between Ringwood & Fordingbridge) with views of passing Forest animals. The gardens wrap around the bungalow with hedging and fencing on all sides. The bungalow has been updated with new electric central heating system, new kitchen with some new appliances. Off road parking for 3 cars. 1 dog accepted - 2 by request. Location is idea to enjoy walks and cycle within the New Forest and walks along the Avon Valley path.
