For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

We stayed at the chalet and simply loved the experience! The place is super cozy, clean and well-equipped — just like the photos. The view is wonderful and conveys a lot of peace, perfect for those who want to rest and disconnect from the routine. Our stay at the address was very quiet and Nadia was always ready to serve us. The house is very cozy and fresh, which was great as it was getting quite hot during our stay. The address is very close to the center of the city, we went and returned on foot whenever we needed, although there was no sidewalk on the street, it was very quiet. Great place for those looking for peace and quiet. We were greeted by the host of the house, the kitten Fubá, who was with us throughout our entire stay, very cute. It is not a place for those who do not like animals, besides the cat, we received visits from dogs, squirrels and many spiders, which was good, as there were almost no pernilongos. The only point of attention is the parking lot, we had a bit of difficulty in getting out with the car.

We loved the stay. It was me, my husband, my mother-in-law and my young children: 3-year-old and my newborn twins, so our goal was to enjoy ourselves with the children and not leave the property. Everything was excellent. My oldest loved the pool, the trampoline, swing, hammock, the space itself and the corner with table and chair + some toys they left for him. The twins also enjoyed nature and everything was clean and with an excellent structure. The pool was open and cleaned every morning. Despite the cold nights, the house was good for sleeping, my biggest concern was the babies. It is also worth mentioning the cornmeal cake that Heliane made, which was delicious. She was super welcoming and helped us at various times. We highly recommend the accommodation and hope to return.

I really liked the space, it was cold, but the room with the wooden floor was perfect, everything was very well decorated and cared for, I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived until the farewell, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The parking spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent one car from being next to the other, avoiding unwanted incidents. The grocery store in the basement is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.

Lu & João's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very compact, but for a trip of a few days, it served us very well, as it is very comfortable. Everything is new and modern, and it is very nicely decorated. The hosts also provided us with a crib (which was already set up on our arrival, thank you very much!!) and a bathtub for our baby, which were super useful. I think the only addendum I would make is that the shower door is a little narrow, which can make it a little difficult for larger people. Otherwise, the street is very quiet, although it is very well located, next to the mall and with exits to Pamplona and 9 de Julho, excellent for those who went out for a walk with the stroller. But I wanted to praise everyone's service. Not only the hosts, who responded kindly and quickly, but the doormen and the cleaning lady, who met us and helped with our bags. Everyone was very polite, we really felt at home. I would definitely come back!
