Great comfortable place very private, impeccable in relation to everything and very quiet place

It was three unforgettable days for me. It was my first trip alone, me and my dog, and I found everything I was looking for at Rancho Maria Flor: tranquility, peace, coziness. The house is impeccable, so many beautiful details and everything designed for the guest's well-being. We were very well received by Marta, who had the care and whim to even leave a bowl of water waiting for my dog, we loved it. She gave me all the guidelines about the house and made a lot of things available. About getting to know the city of Atibaia, she also gave several tips, but I ended up not leaving the house much, it's so cozy. It exceeded my expectations and I'm sure Buck and I will be back more often.

we went in 12 people and all loved the house, the house was impeccable and we were welcomed very well by Rosângela. Erondes a day earlier sent me several tips about the surroundings and that helped us a lot. Very attentive and we will definitely get back there.

The place is exactly like in the pictures, everything very clean too! The site is able to convey the care and zeal that the owner has! The silence and tranquility of the place is a factor to be scored too, the waterfall is easy to access. We loved the company of the animaizinhos that had seen and moved appeared. We will definitely return!

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. The photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is another bedroom with a double bed in the annex, which is great. It's good to bring food to prepare, as it's a little far from everything. If you forget something, there's a mini market in the condominium. At the reception, they are well educated too. To get there, the road is good and quiet. It's a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I recommend it, for sure.

The location of the house is really good, however, the beach is on the other side of the track, I managed to walk peacefully, but if you are going with an elderly person or person with mobility difficulties, go by car. The hostess was extremely polite, attentive and we did not wait a second waiting to arrive to give us the key. The pool space and barbecue are fantastic, very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with utensils for a quick stay. Point of Attention: The last room has many mattresses, but the mattresses were wet, musty and with a very strong odor, in one of the rooms it had a dead cockroach already very dry, demonstrating that it was not swept a few days ago. I do not think I should take points from the stay for these reasons above, as I was in fact very well received, but these are points that the owners should note as they are charged a cleaning and service fee. It would not accommodate 13 people with the mattresses under these conditions, impossible to use.

Farmhouse in a very safe and quiet gated community. Beautiful mountain views at sunset. Superbly equipped house, with barbecue, pizza oven, several refrigerators, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, clothes, dryer, swimming pool, umbrellas, many tables, good quality TV and kitchen set up in the house and in the leisure area.

The building is excellent, with very polite staff, an extremely well-maintained and new gym and leisure area. The security and cleanliness of the common areas were impeccable, which made us feel very comfortable and safe throughout the stay. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well decorated, super functional and equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!

We felt totally comfortable in Caique's apartment! It is cozy and well appointed. We were able to park our car right outside the door and always felt safe. The location is also great: The supermarket "Extra" is within walking distance, which was very convenient. A special highlight was the roof veranda – we were allowed to celebrate our daughter Emma's birthday there with a small barbecue, which was just perfect! We are very satisfied and will definitely stay here again on our next stay in São Paulo. Caique was very accessible at all times and answered all our questions quickly and amiably. He even gave us great tips for the birthday party – for example, where we could celebrate and where to get good meat for grilling. Thank you, Caique!

The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the standout features was the rooftop terrace. Gilad was a great host—offering helpful local recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely return here on my next visit to São Paulo. Highly recommended!

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

The apartment is great, as in the pictures. Everything is brand new, modern decor and with all the essentials for a good stay. The showers are good, with good water pressure and heat. The apartment comfortably accommodated me and my family for a weekend (5 people). Great natural light and air circulation. There is air-conditioning in the living room and double bedroom, as well as a ceiling fan in the living room and single bedroom. The kitchen is spacious and the barbecue is also good, but some utensils are missing, such as a meat board, a sharp knife or a sharpening stone. Great location.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Studio is amazing, it's in line with the images on the listing. Unfortunately the center is complicated because of the homeless people, I went with family and I couldn't get to know the surroundings because of that. The building is amazing, clean and beautiful, but the location leaves something to be desired. There is security at night for entry and exit of the building, he accompanies you to the market and the pharmacy near the building.

The apt. is great, wide, beautiful and welcoming, it perfectly matched our expectations. E Frédéric is an excellent host, always cordial, proactive, and giving clear and objective instructions. we will be back for sure!
