Elkstua - with the sea as a neighbor

Elgstua ligger vakkert til ved sjøen. I tillegg til elg kan man ofte se oter, rev og små hvaler. Havørn er et daglig syn. For de som vil oppleve arktisk dyreliv på nært hold er det kort vei til Polar Zoo. Ulv, bjørn, gaupe og jerv er de fire store rovdyrene i norsk natur. Du finner dem der. Mellom Andørja og Tromsø finner du også en samisk teltleir langs veien. Naturen på denne fjellrike øya er vakker og spektakulær. Høye fjelltopper og ramsalt Nord-Norsk kystkultur. Et minne for livet.

We are the proud owners of this very special cabin located right at the seafront. Modern fully equipped kitchen and stylish living room with panoramic views through the large windows facing the sea. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you will need and the bathroom is spacious with water closet and large shower. Washing machine/tumbling dryer and dishwasher is also available and can be used freely.

Welcome to your cozy wooden house right by the forest. We are renting our home built in 2024 with a fantastic view of the Astafjord. From the house you can step directly into your hiking boots (or ski boots) to explore the mountains of Rolla Island. The third largest city in northern Norway - Harstad - is a 15-minute drive by car and a cozy ferry ride of 40 minutes away from the house.

Svavika, Gratangen

Here you can enjoy recreation, nice walks in nature and experience the amazing Northern Lights. There is a short distance to the mountains and the coast. On the shore, there is a large area and a barbecue. 3 km to the nearest store in Årstein. Foldvik Brygger is 11 km away, and so is the boat museum in Gratangsbotten. It is about 40 km to Narvik, and about 35 km to Polar Park.
