We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Jo was an amazing host very responsive and the photos matched the house perfectly, came here for my sisters hen weekend and everyone loved the house. There was 10 of us and it was so spacious everyone had their own space, the house was very clean and the beds were amazing everyone had an amazing sleep. Thank you again for having us we had a lovely time in your beautiful home Xx

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

Ivana’s place is wonderful. It has lovely bedrooms a great kitchen and social space. The hot tub and outdoor terrace are great. Ivana is super helpful. The village has a lovely pub, a great coffee house literally steps away. I would highly recommend.

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

Wonderfully decorated flat, super clean. Only downside is being on the lower ground, but then you do get a little outdoor terrace. Lennie was very helpful and accommodating, would recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Baptiste's cottage the last day! The location of the cottage is top and the cottage has everything you need to stay there for a few days. Baptiste gave us a message well in advance with all the information, so everything went well. The only thing that could be a little more comfortable is the sofa in the living room for the winter months, so you can watch a movie on the sofa instead of in bed!

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

This has been the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entire place was spotless, including the washing machine, and the sea view was the most stunning I’ve ever seen. The house is peaceful and cosy – even more beautiful than it appears in the photos – and the host family seemed incredibly warm and kind. I’ve stayed in many places, but I can genuinely say this one is highly recommended. It was just me and my son, but I chose this two-bedroom home and I have no regrets at all. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

Great location to Dreamland and beach. Close to train station too. Great front and balconies. I was here on a solo business trip and this was perfect for me. I would come back with the family for sure. Hosts are very responsive.

The photos don't do it justice - the flat is literally a few steps from the beach, with sea views from the bedroom (from the bed!) and living room. Very well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice clean stylish bathroom with shower and bath.
