Charming cottage with lake property and its own beach. Beautiful view, jetty with rowing boat, excellent fishing waters. 2 bedrooms - 5 beds, open plan with well-equipped kitchen. Fireplace provides extra comfort, TV and WiFi. Shower room and sauna, two patios. The cottage is a guest house and the plot is shared with the owner family. The cottage is located in a quiet little cottage village with nature close by. 7 km to shops and services in Hyltebruk. Many excursion destinations in varied nature with abundant wildlife, forest, berries, mushrooms and freedom.

Dream accommodation a stone's throw from the lake and its own dock.

The cottage is located at the end of the private road with a lockable boom. The immediate proximity to the lake gives a fantastic view. You will have your own dock where you can easily take a morning or evening swim. At the seafront, you will find a fireplace with associated barbecue grills and muurikka pan. If you want to get the maximum with evening sun, it is only a 5-minute walk to the sandy beach and docks, this across the bay. Or you take the rowing boat that is included in the price. Come to this unique and tranquil space. Stay in this newly built attefall of 40 sqm plus sleeping loft. A sofa bed for 2 people or you can stay in the loft, overlooking the lake Shower you make outside with hot and cold water overlooking the lake. The lake is located just below the house with access to the plot's own jetty, where you can borrow a boat or canoe. Bicycles are available to borrow. Closest store is in Ätran, about 8 km. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK 700. Bed linen and towels are available to rent, SEK 150 per set.

Unique holiday home with its own beach and jetty. Here, the tranquility of the forest, divine views, and distance to neighbors. The main house sleeps 5-6 and the large annex has 5. In addition, there is a shelter overlooking the lake, fire pit and a sauna right by the beach. The house has a wood-burning stove, TV, dishwasher and washing machine. The house is child-friendly and with two large wooden terraces, one of which is fully covered. There are also sup boards, trampoline, swing, pole tennis, and soccer goals.

The house has a lake view, it is only 150 meters to the lake with sandy beach and the small rowing boat which is also included (motor rented separately). The house has two floors with two bedrooms (5 beds) and a living room with sofa bed (2 beds). There is a kitchen with cooking facilities and two fresh bathrooms (2 toilets, 1 shower). The house is located on a farm with the owner in the neighboring house.
