Charming cottage with lake property and its own beach. Beautiful view, jetty with rowing boat, excellent fishing waters. 2 bedrooms - 5 beds, open plan with well-equipped kitchen. Fireplace provides extra comfort, TV and WiFi. Shower room and sauna, two patios. The cottage is a guest house and the plot is shared with the owner family. The cottage is located in a quiet little cottage village with nature close by. 7 km to shops and services in Hyltebruk. Many excursion destinations in varied nature with abundant wildlife, forest, berries, mushrooms and freedom.

With the forest and the lake as your closest neighbors, there are great opportunities to explore nature, enjoy the lake life, fish and swim. We are renting out our large and charming 150-square-meter log cabin. Only 180 meters from the cottage is Lake Unnen, with a dock, boat moorings, and a shallow sandy beach. Just 4 km away is Unnaryd with a grocery store.

Lakefront cabin

Nice cottage with unobstructed views near the water that has most things. Fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, TV and WIFI provide extra comfort. Glazed terrace overlooking the lake. The accommodation has several bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. There is access to a boat with an electric motor for fishing and nice boat trips. Bed sets can be included at a small cost. It is about 7 km to the municipality's central town of Hyltebruk, where there are shops and other services.

Newly built cottage in the woods near lake

Enjoy the tranquility of this newly-built cottage in the middle of the woods, overlooking the fields and lake. Access to fishing opportunities. On the property, there is a barbecue hut that you are welcome to use. Surroundings are forest and nature with proximity to, among other things, a nice golf course (Rydö GK, 5 km) and the luxury restaurant Knystaforsen. Sea bathing and shopping in Halmstad and Tylösand are only 50 km away. It is the same distance to Ullared with the GeKås department store.

Koppla av med familj och vänner i detta nybygge (2025) bara 50m från sjön Unnens strandkant. 100m från huset finns badplats med bryggor, strand och tennisplan samt båt-/fiskebrygga i nyanlagda Vegas hamn. Natursköna vandringsleder, blårbärs- och kantarellgömmor samt paddelvänliga åar finns runt hörnet. I samhället finns förutom snickarglädje en pizzeria, kiosk, bensinmack med laddstolpe och matbutik. Flytvästar, 2-mannakanot och SUP ingår i boendet april-okt att låna för maximal upplevelse.
