Vacation rentals with a pool in Hyères

Was für ein wundervoller Ort - wir sind wirklich schweren Herzens abgereist. Wenn es frei ist, unbedingt buchen - auch wenn wir diese Oase gerne für uns selbst behalten würden 😃 Das Grundstück ist fantastisch, wunderschön angelegt und absolut privat. Und noch viiiel schöner als auf den Bildern! Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse gefallen mit dem Blick ins Grüne. Simon-Pierre und Katia sind so sympathische und entspannte Gastgeber, wir haben uns auch wegen ihnen pudelwohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist fünf Sterne, so ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. La Croix Valmer ist um die Ecke, St. Tropez und Pompelonne ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Wir vermissen es schon jetzt!

Très bon accueil de la part de Bernard, malgré une arrivée tardive de notre part. L'environnement, le jardin, l'aménagement de la maison, tout était parfait. Proche des plages, dans un environnement très calme, boisé avec une très belle vue

Nach ein paar trubeligen Tagen in Nizza genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Ein tolles Haus mit einem traumhaften Pool in einer schönen Umgebung. Tagsüber konnten wir gut entspannen, etwas leckeres grillen und am Abend dann haben wir St. Tropez besucht. Karine hat einen ausgezeichneten Geschmack und das Haus sowohl liebevoll eingerichtet als auch alles toll und geschmackvoll dekoriert... man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Es gibt einen schönen Strand direkt fußläufig, unbedingt die Fahrräder mitbringen, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Tolle Fahrradwege entlang der Küste. Karine hat wertvolle Restaurant-Tipps direkt nach Ankunft gesendet. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans La Villa Porquerolles! L'emplacement est super, la maison propre, très bien pensée et joliment décorée :) La piscine bien entretenue est un plus et nous avons apprécié pouvoir nous baigner après nos excursions! Nous avons également échangé très facilement avec Mikaella qui a été très disponible depuis la réservation jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour! Un grand merci!

Die Wohnung von Mylène war toll – super sauber, sehr gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht. Das Gelände ist wunderschön, und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Wir haben es geliebt, draußen zu essen und am Pool zu entspannen. Mylène ist eine klasse Gastgeberin – herzlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – 10/10, absolut empfehlenswert!

We stayed in this well-maintained house over the long Easter weekend. The view is wonderful and the pool area is great for enjoying the outdoors! The house worked well for our group of two families. The only surprising thing was that the basic necessities were very scarce - we ran out of toilet paper and there were only two dish washer tablets for a group of 7 persons for three nights. Luckily the communication with the host was always fast and smooth! The location is peaceful and private and we’d be happy to return one day.

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

Super Lage des Hauses! Schöne Strände in Fußnähe, Giens ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen und auch der Pool samt Aussicht war ein Traum! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. :)

Unsere Zeit bei Odile und Daniel war toll, vor allem die Terrasse, der unglaubliche Pool und der schnelle Weg zum Strand waren super!

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gigaro. Thibault is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment matches the description and is great for 2 persons. The outdoor space is a highlight. All this just 500m from the beach, a grocery store and some pretty good restaurants.

Séjour très agréable chez Stephane . Le logement est lumineux avec une vue dégagée et une terrasse très sympa ! Le parking sous terrain est un véritable plus ! Le centre de St Tropez est accessible à pieds en 10 minutes ce qui est très appréciable ! Stephane a été très conciliant pour l’heure d’arrivée et de bon conseils ! Encore merci pour votre accueil : nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

Sylvia ist einer sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Apartment sieht genau wie auf den Bilden aus und ist super gemütlich. Außerdem ist es extrem gut ausgerüstet, es gibt eigentlich alles was man braucht. Wir haben daher häufig selbst gekocht. Der Pool lässt sich innerhalb von 10 Sekunden erreichen (ich habe die Zeit gestoppt) und die Anlage ist traumhaft: Der Tennisplatz, die duftenden Pinien und die Ruhe an einem warmen Sommertag. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Danke!

Merci Virginie pour ce joli séjour, appartement au calme dans une résidence sécurisée à proximité immédiate du cœur de village, tout simplement parfait. Hôte hyper réactive et excellente communication. L’appartement est superbe, exactement comme sur les photos, grande terrasse agréable et très bon équipement. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We stayed at La Sianne in middle of June and were delighted with it. Set on the hillside with absolutely stunning views and beautiful open living spaces. The old world charm of this traditionally Riviera home suited us perfectly. The multiple outdoor spaces ( main floor with gorgeous open vistas) and the generously sized pool area ( with pool house that had a convenient toilet and shower) were perfect. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stovetop and refrigerator but also had many conveniences (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cheese grater, food processor, ample serving bowls/trays, bread baskets, separate pantry/laundry room). Additionally as a great bonus that I missed when viewing the listing is the large outdoor kitchen that you can use the electric grill, and a drying clothesline and charcoal barbeque in the back). The one drawback was that the oven instructions were in German and the welcome book did not explain how to use it so we couldn’t. The bedrooms were clean and well sized, and there were ample bathrooms. Situated on the hill you have to be prepared for the steep driveway, but the ample parking space at the house allowed for easy turning around ( which was good as we had a large car for 5 people). Ideally located it is about a 15 minute walk to the beautiful town of Ste Maxime, (so charming!!), beaches and close to the Bateaux Verts for daily excursions to St Tropez or Grimaud ( much better than dealing with the coastal roads that can be very busy). Check in was smooth and with no issue. A beautiful property and I cannot wait to return!

L'accueil a été excellent. La maison est tout a fait fidèle a l'annonce, en très bon état, très propre. L'environnement du jardin, des terrasses et de la piscine sont un gros plus. La literie est très qualitative. Un garage complète cette prestation. La proximité du village de la Cadière et de toutes les stations environnantes est aussi un élément positif.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen wirklich tollen und sehr großen Pool. Das Haus liegt in einer geschlossenen Anlage mit circa 20 Häusern und ist nur circa 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus und die Lage sind für einen Strandurlaub wirklich perfekt. Leider hat sich der Nachbar am ersten Tag nach nur einer Stunde über die Lautstärke der Kinder im Pool beschwert. Wir waren sehr irritiert, da wir bestimmt schon zehn mal in einem Haus mit Pool waren und dies zum ersten Mal vorgekommen ist. Daher mussten wir die restlichen Tage sehr auf die Lautstärke der Kinder achten, was uns wenig Freude bereitet hat. Wir können jetzt nicht von diesem Einzelfall auf das generelle schließen, wollen aber vorsorglich Familien mit Kindern eine andere Unterkunft empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut und hat immer zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit funktioniert.

Fantastic weekend stay in the South of France! This little home made you feel as if you were home and Carole was the utmost help throughout our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer and will return during our next trip to St. Tropez/Gassin area!

Superbe maison, au milieu de la nature, très bien équipée. La pergolas et la piscine sont super agréables. Séjour hyper reposant. Avoir en tête qu’il y a effectivement 300 mètres de chemin non goudronné très accidenté et qu’on se trouve à environ 15 minutes de Cogolin, mais ça reste très accessible. Parfait pour visiter la région.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Villa! Die Räumlichkeiten waren fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos und besonders die große Küche mit allem, was man braucht, wie auch der Außenbereich mit dem Pool hat uns begeistert! Ein wenig verunsichert hat uns nur, dass die Türen aus den Zimmern zur Terrasse hin nicht abschließbar waren; das Grundstück war jedoch von einer Mauer umgeben. Die Lage um die Villa herum ist ruhig, leider ist fußläufig aber auch wenig erreichbar, was man unternehmen kann. Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Le logement était super (bien équipé, bon emplacement, propre et dans une résidence sécurisée). Thibaut la personne qui a géré notre arrivée a été très accueillant et souriant, il a été disponible et réactif tout au long du séjour. Je recommande ce logement pour visiter les alentours (Ste-Maxime, St-Tropez, etc). Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Maison agréable avec vue magnifique. Piscine entretenue régulièrement. Deco et design intérieurs qui mériteraient un coup de jeune. Ensemble très propre.
