Villa vacation rentals in Hyères

Evelin and Christine provided us with all important information in a timely manner. She was easily accessible, very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. The house is very nice and thoughtfully decorated. We were 9 people and cooked a lot, so we were delighted that there were a lot of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen. There were also plenty of opportunities to hang towels in the bathroom and there was enough space and chairs for everyone at the table. The rooms were a good size and were air conditioned. The house is a bit noisy. You have a lot of privacy and don't see or hear any neighbors and have a great view of the countryside. Since the house is located on the mountain, the village is hardly within walking distance, so it is better to arrive by car. Trash cans are nearby. Overall, we had a very nice time there and we didn't miss anything. We would come back and can recommend it.

Sylvie's house is wonderful. Our expectations were exceeded. Great southern exposure with even a bit of sea view. Wonderful large terrace and an infinity pool. Everything very spacious, clean and in best condition. Parking is right in front of the house. The reception and farewell by Agnes and her husband was very warm. For the new guests, please note that one bedroom has a large double bed and two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. There were only three of us and we were still allowed to use all three bedrooms. The internet speed is 3.7 Mbps download and 0.52 Mbps upload. Unfortunately, this is not suitable for work. As the house is in the countryside, faster access may not be available. We would love to come back to Sylvies house and thank Sylvie and Agnes very much for her hospitality.

We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

We had a great time at this beautiful beachfront villa. This home is ideal for a family looking to spend a relaxing vacation in the area, between beach and pool. We enjoyed the comfort of the very spacious accommodation, the proximity of the boat bus to Toulon and the beaches, the large swimming pool, the park around the villa... and especially the excellent hosting and recommendations from Emilie!

We went to ride at the Paul Ricard circuit, and we spent 2 nights which went wonderfully, I recommend this listing!

We 4 people and 2 children loved the house, the location with sea views, the pool and the short walk to the sea. The house furnishings are a bit outdated but also harmonious. The terrace is a hit with sunrise and sunset. The pool is very well secured for smaller children. We all felt comfortable immediately, including our dog. Communication was great, all questions were answered promptly and also asked. We highly recommend this cozy house. We hope to come back.

Really a great stay in a large, functional house where everything was very well thought out. Pool, dining shelter by the pool, garden: everything extremely pleasant. Nicolo was always very available and friendly. Karine, the concierge, Pietro the pool attendant and the gardener did everything to make our stay enjoyable and they are all welcoming and friendly.

My friends and I had such an amazing weekend away. Sophie was a great host and was very responsive. We would love to stay here again!

We had an exceptional stay! Virginie and her husband were very attentive... Small (big) touches on arrival, pastries one fine morning… not to mention everything the house already offered us! The house is exactly what we were looking for. It is a very quiet place but close to everything, with all the necessary amenities and more! Marie and Gerard's house is a little piece of paradise in the center of Saint Tropez. The well-organized house has a very well-kept and quiet outdoor area. It is also equipped with parking. You can walk to all the areas of interest in Saint Tropez and quickly leave the town by car to reach the most distant beaches (Saline and Pamplone). The care of the house in the absence of Marie and Gerard is in the hands of Jeannine, always ready to respond to any need. The house is impeccable and you feel at ease right away. I thank Marie, Gerard and Jeannine for their hospitality.

We had a lovely week with the family. The view is breathtaking! Hiking trails in the scrub accessible near the house. Some minor inconveniences during the week but the host was easily reachable and solutions were found.

We loved our stay and everything was perfect! Cecile was an outstanding host and she was extremely helpful. This was one of our best stay with Airbnb. The house was splendid and the views incredible. We would love to stay there again!

We had a very nice stay. The location is great and you couldn't get enough of the view. In addition, you always had sun from morning to evening on one of the terraces. We were on site with 6 people. The communication with Michel worked out very well.

Emilie is a fantastic host and was always on hand to help and guide us in the right direction. She even sent us a video so we could find the route to the house, which was incredibly useful! The house itself is a 10 minute stroll into Plan de la Tour, so you can get fresh bread and croissants in the mornings. The pool is heated and very pleasant. There are plenty of things to do in the house, from the boule pitch, to BBQ, gas as well as wood in the winter months. Board games and cards. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped as is the main kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with easy to use heating and aircon. The lemon trees are fantastic and full of lemons. You have the sun all day! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a great weekend with the family at Alban's house. The heated pool, the small playground, the pétanque court, everything is planned for young and old to have fun. We highly recommend this place!

The villa was amazing and we were sad to leave. It was great that we could take our little dog with us so we didn't need to leave him at home. The villa views were simply beautiful. We are already looking to return.

we had a very good stay in the Villa. The house is very nice, compliant with the pictures, and extremely quiet. The swimming pool and tennis courts are at walking distance and it's possible to park the car in front of the door leading to the villa in few steps. Equipment , beds, kitchen, AC, TV very modern and well functioning, including the piano you can see on the picture. The balcony is spacious, relaxing, and ideal for evening apertives and dinners

We spent two very nice weeks in July 2024 in Andrews and Joanna's house. The contact with Andrew was very friendly starting with the key handover. He also gave us good excursion tips during our stay and was always there for us. The house and pool were furnished as described: provencial and with a certain shabby chic, maybe not quite perfect, but with taste and lots of love. Welcoming, clean and comfortable house in a splendid setting surrounded by vineyards. We were 5 adults and 1 baby everything was ready when we arrived. Serge and Nathalie are proactive and available hosts. The house matches the photos and descriptions and we had a lovely week with the family.
