Cheongho House. A private accommodation with a yard near the beach

Get out of the apartment today, and stay in a private guesthouse stay that smells of the sea, Cheongho House. When you open the gate and turn around, you will find a small yard. On the left side of the yard is the main main building with a kitchen and a tea lounge (Room 3, 2 toilets), and on the right side is an annex that is only open when you book for over 6 people (Room 1, mini tea lounge 1, 1 toilet). The Cheongho House is a single-family home that is only rented to one team per day. Stay overnight in Sokcho in a uniquely structured Sokcho wardrobe with stylish furniture and lighting, and somewhere between traces of time and memories of youth. The country house courtyard with a tea lounge and a tap like a cafe where you can huddle for tea is a dummy. The Cheongho House has repaired the old house that was used as a bed and breakfast for a long time, and there is no place that is left untouched by its owner. The first floor of the building is the guest accommodation. The accommodation has 3 rooms (3 toilets) and a living room, kitchen and utility room. Mary & John have a washable washing machine and dryer for you to use while you are there. In the morning and evening, you can see the beautiful view of Sokcho from the terrace. It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 3 ~ 4 minutes from Gangneung Station.My major is interior design, so I was also interested in architecture.I have seen that longing in a romantic home. A modern and fun multi-storey building constructed from a combination of white tones and wood. The bathroom was placed on the first floor and the second floor, and the design was enhanced to allow light and wind while being completely blocked from the outside. The view from the second floor and the sunshine and wind are exotic and unique. From flowers blooming in a small garden on the first floor deck I think you can forget about it for a while and enjoy the time to wash your mind.

Hello. This is‘ Sabu Jaanjis’. Our accommodation is located in a place where you can walk to Jukdo Beach/Dongsan Beach in 5 minutes. In addition, there is a large tabletop in the yard, so you can grill meat, have a drink, and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the countryside. It's the perfect place to bathe or surf, and in the fall winter, it's also a place to spend time in the warm underbelly. However! Since it is an old country house and there are fields, there is not enough clean feeling like a new pension or hotel. We are working hard to manage it and use it in a pleasant condition. An old neighborhood on one side and a mix of unique shops decorated by surfers on the other, creating an unusual landscape that encompasses the sea.
