Monthly Rentals in Hwasun-gun

This is my third visit As the name suggests, it is a perfect place for quiet healing and beautiful views. It's invariably clean and well-equipped with everything. There was also another bathroom, so it was much more relaxing. There was a lot of wind and rain on the day I went, but it was so perfect that I forgot about it. It's a place that my parents love so much. Thank you!!!!

I stayed at Paul's place during my studies at Chonnam and he was a very kind host who listened and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The instructions that Paul gave me on arrival were very clear which enabled me to quickly find the place. The flat is large and very functional, with everything you could possibly need (hairdryer, shower gel, towel, kitchen utensils, etc). The location is perfect: the neighbourhood is quiet, there are plenty of convenience stores or supermarkets right next door, chonnam university is a 7-minute walk away and there are numerous bus stops within a 4/5-minute walk. I would recommend it 100% for both short and long-term stays.

Highly recommend. The house is around the neighborhood of hwasun. On the way there, the road side is full with cherry blossoms, so pinkish all the way. The house is very clean and complete. The host provides good quality appliances which makes my stay more comfy. Linens and bedding is comfortable too. Dishes and dishes for bbq are complete too. I hope to be able to come back and stay more days. It was a lovely weekend we had.
