Family-friendly vacation rentals in Hvidovre Municipality

We had a great week here. The house is spectacular with amazing views out to the sea and 30 seconds walk to a lovely beach. Everything was clean and well equipped and we all enjoyed hanging out at the house and relaxing between swims in the sea. Would love to come again.

Marco's place was excellent. We had a family of 11 people, including children. Marco's place was perfect- enough places for sleeping, a spacious living room to be together, a very well-equipped kitchen, the metro was just 8 min to walk, bus 3-4 minutes. The beach was around 10 minutes to walk, and the airport was just 2 metro stops. Marco responded very quickly and his neighbour was also very friendly and helped us with everything. I totally recommend Marco's place!

Wonderful place to stay with a beautiful view of the landscape. Finn was very welcoming. Highly recommended both for enjoying local nature and as staging for trips to other parts of Danmark. We enjoyed our stay!

Peter’s place was perfectly located for visiting our family in Gentofte

The 5 days at Søren's were great for us as a family (5 adults). The house offers plenty of space and the garden is the hit. The house is also in a quiet area. Søren's house was a great place to start for our journey of discovery on Zealand. Copenhagen can also be reached quickly by car.

We had a wonderful stay at Morten’s summer house! The place is beautifully furnished with stylish design pieces that make the entire space feel both modern and cozy. The sauna and jacuzzi were immaculate — a true highlight of our stay, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Everything was so well thought out, and we instantly felt at home. It was the perfect relaxing getaway — highly recommended!

Janus and Trine were both very friendly and communicated the relevant information in time. The place itself was worth every penny. The garden and living room allowed for activities in bigger groups while there was also lots of space for privacy. I would recommend this place for larger groups, looking for a peaceful place to spend quality time together.

Great host. Great instructions and flexible arrival in our case. Lovely cottage with brilliant facilities, especially if you are at the spa/sauna. The spa is deliciously hot, and stays warm. The sauna stays after 1 hour to 1.5 about 60-65 degrees, which feels surprisingly hot if you pour some water on the oven, which is also set up with a nice tub with associated scoops. The sauna we couldn't get warmer than 70, but again, it feels much warmer due to the humidity. All in all. There was nothing that didn't meet expectations.

A really good accommodation to visit Copenhagen!

We stayed in Pia's beautiful house for 4 nights and felt very comfortable there. Our dog was very welcome at Pia's place! We enjoyed the quiet location. With the dog, you can reach the countryside in 10 minutes and by subway in the middle of Copenhagen in no time. There was nothing missing in the kitchen. We are happy to recommend this accommodation!

This place is a real gem. The apartment is cosy, really stylish and the host is lovely. The bathroom is beautiful, the beds are comfy and the balcony has a nice view. I would come back anyday.

We had an incredible time in Morten's beautiful, well-appointed, comfortable and perfectly situated home. Morten was the consummate host and we were so pleased with everything. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Morten was extremely accommodating with arrival and departure and we were very grateful. We would definitely stay again!!

A quiet corner in the heart of the city. Close to everything. The apartment is spacious and perfect for a family vacation. The owner, Cecilie, was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. You get a taste of Danish life, away from the touristy areas (but close to walk to attractions).

We had a great stay here with two kids (9 & 1) - beautiful old building, stylish and kid friendly! It felt homely with many personal items and like we were really living the local life in Copenhagen. Michael provided a cot/high chair and the kids rooms is great as it had lots to entertain kids and the space/ layout of the apartment with a separate dining /kitchen and living room meant that it was possible to have some space after the kids went to bed! The apartment is only 15-20 mins walk from the centre and you can walk via a great playground. We really enjoyed coming back to the apartment each day - relaxing, spacious and cosy at same time. The accommodation was much better than I thought, and not because of how the place was (which is perfect) but because I never really imagined that the location was so perfect to be able to visit the entire capital region. There is a metro station approx. 3 min walk, bus stations, lots of cafes for breakfast and dinner if you are already in the apartment, you get super fast to the city center. The perfect place, clean, with all the basic necessities. I personally missed a bit of TV or streaming entertainment for those days that rained, but enough with the DVDs. The quiet area and very cozy the truth. I would wash as often as possible I went to Copenhagen that place. Thank you very much, Diego, for allowing us to use your home. We hope to have left your house at least the most acceptable to you.

We had a wonderful stay at this colourful apartment in Frederiksberg. Host Dorthe was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We loved the location, so close to the city center and the beautiful lakes. The apartment was cozy, homely, clean, and fully equipped. We loved the sunny balcony! It was great to experience living like locals. It was also very thoughtful that the sofa bed was already made, so we each had our own bed upon arrival. We definitely recommend this Airbnb! The house is truly unique on Airbnb, and we were fortunate to secure one of the rare time slots available. The house and farm are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. Bjørn and his family were very kind and supportive hosts, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. We had a fantastic time exploring Copenhagen, Roskilde, and Helsingør, biking through the stunning landscape, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying the evening sun on the terrace. Even the little rain we experienced didn’t dampen our spirits, as we enjoyed the cozy and charming interior of the house. To be clear: we would love to come back!

We loved staying at Cecile’s, it was a peaceful and spacious apartment full of quirky Scandi elegance with space for adults and children. The balcony, pool and lovely kitchen, dining and lounge area were perfect for relaxing in-between trips to the centre by foot, bike, water taxi and metro. Cecile was a delight and went out of her way to accommodate our circumstances. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Excellent apartment for families. My wife, 2 children aged 11 and 12, and I spent 5 days in Vibeke's apartment. It is very well connected to the center, both by metro and by water taxi, and on foot in 20 minutes. It is very spacious, very clean in a quiet neighborhood and overlooking the marina and canal. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely stay here again.

Charlotte and Peter's apartment is very nice and is located in the modern Slusseholmen neighborhood. We liked the private atmosphere; you immediately felt at home and arrived. We also really liked the surroundings, as you could see that it can also be nice to stay in high-rises. The courtyard of the apartment block is nicely designed and allows shared use. Perfectly accessible by car, parking is totally problem-free as there is an underground car park with parking. Traveling by wheelchair is possible, as there is an elevator from both the underground car park to the courtyard and in the house. What is a bit difficult for wheelchair users are the doors, so you probably have to say that assistance is needed. Absolutely beautiful, is the small outdoor swimming pool in front of the building, which everyone can use just like that. And in general, the proximity of the water is just great.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely book this lovely home again. We really enjoyed all of the animals and had great fun caring for them. The home had everything needed for a comfortable stay and communicating with Mette was absolutely lovely. She was more than a host and gave us great recommendations and advice. Book this home now and enjoy an incredible stay.

I would suggest Michael as a Superhost! He is very friendly, speaks multiple languages and replies always within few hours. Great place to stay, especially if you want the city center nearby but also want to enjoy some time off at the beach :-)
