Monthly Rentals in Hvannasund

Katrin's place was lovely, as is Hvannasund. The view in the morning when we woke up (having arrived at dusk) was spectacular. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The only gripe I have is that the first "bedroom" is basically a hallway at the top of the stairs through which the people staying in the two actual bedrooms must walk, so the person sleeping there gets no real privacy. This was not clear from the photos or description. It's more like an upstairs living room with a sofa bed in it. But it didn't put too much of a damper on our trip and I would likely be happy to stay there again. The location on the water was really unbeatable, and it was great to be able to step right out onto the walking trail and head up along the water in the morning.
