The host is very friendly and responsive. The rooms are nice and clean. The living room is cosy and we had a family movie night there. Prime video and Netflix are available there.

The stay with Justine was great! It is a beautiful apartment, in a good location (with private parking.) Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment was also equipped with everything such as cooking utensils, toilet paper, towels, hair dryer,... Justine was also a very good responsive hostess, where you could ask all your questions. Highly recommendable!

We booked Jean-François' apartment especially for a serial marathon, and frankly, it was perfect! The video projector and home theater installation are great: we were able to fully enjoy our two nights. The couch is comfortable, the WiFi connection is fast, and everything was fine when we arrived. Thanks to Jean-François for his warm welcome and responsiveness! We'll definitely be back for a future session.

We had a wonderful stay at Isabelle’s holiday home. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed—including all the essentials for our little one, which made things so much easier. We stayed at this great place with friends over New Year's Eve. A house with lots of charm that is well furnished and equipped. Perfect for long game nights or cooking together. The accommodation is great, bakers, supermarkets and the like are nearby and the city center can be reached by bus in about 20 minutes. The contact with the hostess was also flawless and hassle-free. Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom with shower upstairs and downstairs a very small toilet without a wax basin. With agreements, however, this also fits for 7 people. Only one power outlet in the upper bathroom would be desirable. Otherwise, everything was great!We had a really great time in Maastricht! Thank you so much ☺️

We chose this cottage for its strategic location, close to Brussels, Namur and Liège. The house is very comfortable and the bedding is excellent. Perfect. Pierre and Dominique, family stay for the end of the year.

Philippe is a very hospitable host. If you have any questions or problems, he is always available and resolves them as quickly as possible, responding to your needs. The place was one of the cleanest places we've ever entered. The house is a bit more rustic and you notice the age of the house. This did not bother us in any way, as all the described features were available. Philippe strives to develop and improve the house. Highlights included new upholstered furniture, new mattresses and a very nice bathroom. The house has a very good location to do a lot (e.g. Durbuy, Barvaux, Fond-des-Vaux in Marche-en-Famenne. The only negative point is the very noisy main road, where some road users race by at excessive speed. We will return and are curious to see how Philippe will further develop the house by then. Thank you for the wonderful time and the great hospitality!

What a wonderful stay. Everything was fine and we really relaxed. Everything we needed was present and the owners were very friendly. They were responsive and if we needed anything we could ask. It is close to Valkenburg or Maastricht, but if you like peace and quiet more, this is perfect! I said to my friend: next year we will be back in the spring or late summer. To enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

Apartment located 3 steps from the Meuse in an environment of hills and thread... Very well located even if we have not seen the Meuse. Everything was very clean. A little poetic and warm nest.

It is beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, good kitchen, and spacious and comfortable sitting area. The apartment is only a short walk from the centre of Maastricht with its restaurants and cafes, and an even shorter walk to the grocery stores. We had a great stay. Thanks!

The space is exactly as Vanessa has described it, very neat and cosy. Also very spacious. There are a lot of hikes around Huy, we enjoyed our stay very much!
