We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge. I – Janine, a trained hotel manager – am particularly interested in bringing people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with family or simply in nature. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Ideal and spacious living in the countryside

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 square meters) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a storage space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping is very good, as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.

Das Apartment liegt im EG eines ehemaligen Hotels und wurde 2017/18 komplett renoviert. Bis in Wetzlar's Stadtmitte sind es ca. 3km. Gaststätte/Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 900 mtr. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie kostenfreies W-Lan sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Anreisen nach 21 Uhr steht Ihnen unser Keyboy zu Verfügung. Das Apartment ist mit einer "Junior Suite" in einem Hotel vergleichbar. Privatsphäre ist garantiert.

This great, newly renovated apartment in a quiet residential area in Hüttenberg-Rechtenbach offers everything you need for a perfect stay. It has a separate entrance with a parking space right in front of the entrance. It consists of a large living/kitchen/dining room, a bedroom with a cozy double bed (200 × 160 cm) as well as a bathroom and hallway. Numerous shops are within a few minutes' drive and a bakery is within walking distance. 2.5 km to the highway (A45).

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
