Cabin right at the lake, undisturbed and idyllic with a large patio. Fishing opportunities with or without a boat and many hiking opportunities/attractions in the region. This is an older cabin, but has new surfaces and necessary facilities. Driveway all the way up to the property with ample parking space. Located in the middle of Molde and Kristiansund. Distance by car to Molde: approx. 30 min Kristiansund: approx. 40 min. shortest route The piers in Bud: approx. 40 min Håholmen/Atlantic Ocean: approx. 20 min The archipelago of Hustadvika Municipality offers excellent conditions for kayaking.

Pleasant house with sauna outside, boat, private quay and boathouse

Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. One is a 16-foot with 25 hp and the other is a 17-foot Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See pictures
