Cozy loft apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom/kitchenette. Accommodates 4/5 people. Entrance is shared with the landlord, where a slightly steep staircase leads up to the apartment. The main room, which is a combined kitchen/sleeping area, is equipped with a small kitchenette with two hobs, a small fridge with freezer and sink. There should be some kitchen utensils to make simple meals. The meal can be enjoyed with lovely views of beautiful Hustadvika and Bjørnsund. Private bathroom with toilet and shower. Towels and bed linen are available.

You have access to the garden in front and behind the house. There is a lovely hiking area in the woods right behind the house with two bathing areas. Recommend walking 6 minutes along Rådyrvegen to look at the view, beautiful! Large playground 50m from the apartment at Nordbyen school. There is a bus to Molde city center twice an hour. 3.5 km to the city center, 35 min walk.

Elnesvågen city center, 5 min. Atlantic Road, 28 min. Bud, 23 min. Molde and Hustadvika riding club, 4 min. Other: 4-8 minutes to grocery store and fast food. Good bus connection between Elnesvågen and Molde.

Here you get to stay in rural surroundings in a bright and cozy apartment with a great view of the Nusvatnet. We have a small farm with sheep, chickens, two cats and a dog. The apartment was finished in 2015. Outdoor area with garden furniture and hot tub. We also have a boat that you can rent both on the sea and in fresh water.
