2020/21 we completely renovated the old farmhouse of my grandparents with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large vacation rental. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking friends or recreational vacationers can now find their place to feel good. The property is only partially suitable for children under 1 year of age. I ask for a preliminary request. You can park right at your doorstep in the large yard.

On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. This cozy half-timbered house in the heart of Nideggen leaves nothing to be desired. It's located right at the entrance of the historic city center with many culinary offerings and is the perfect starting point for excursions into nature. In addition to a well-kept garden with a barbecue, the accommodation includes other facilities such as ping-pong table and dart board. The cozy living area with fireplace and large dining table invites you to enjoy your evening after an eventful day.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away.
