Very cosy and comfortable, private and peaceful.

The perfect place for a family holiday. Everyone loved there time here. A great secluded spot away from the noise of city life. The home and property were very tranquil. Great sunrises, sunsets and the most stunning starry skies at night. Would love to come back again.

Best Air BnB I've ever stayed in. The original fittings of the bank have been maintained, you can imagine just what it used to be like. But at the same time, it's a comfortable stay. And there's a bathroom in the vault. How cool is that? It's a really, really good bathroom too and super clean. The kitchen is like a ship's gallery - small, but very usable, with everything you need to make lunch or simple meals. The continental breakfast was nice. Annelies is a great host - clear communication, super friendly and had good suggestions for bush walks in the local area (I recommend Āpiti Scenic Reserve if you're into botany).

This is a very comfortable place with a very warm welcome. The breakfast provided was excellent. The free range eggs were right from the farm, the best we have had in years. The home made granola cookies were also delicious. We wished we could have stayed longer at this accommodation!
