As the train rolls by, history that engineered Glacier Park's roots romances enchantment of the pasts rustic essence. The RR winds through tunnels and trestles along the south border of the park and was originally the only way to visit Glacier. Light sleeper could have problem with the train noise. Mangy Moose Lodge, Middlefork River Frontage!

Note: The Mangy Moose Lodge sleeps 8 in the Main house and just outside the front door is the Bunk-room, available at additional charge. The BUNKROOM sleeps 4. If you wish to use the Bunkroom, you must contact me-additional charges apply. The property has 450' of Middle Fork River frontage with direct access to one of the best fishing holes in NW Montana. Home is located on the last canyon with some of the deepest fishing pools on the Middle Fork River. Please keep children under tight watch.

Lots of winter activities as well. Plenty of snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and Big Mountain skiing. Whitefish is a short 17 mile drive.
