The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Untergeschoss des Hauses. Neue Unterkunft in Mehrfamilienhaus, Baujahr 2018 mit privatem Eingang zum Untergeschoss. Ruhige, ländlicher Lage mit Bauernhöfen in der Nachbarschaft. The accommodation is situated in the basement of the house. New house built in 2018 with private access to the basement. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.

Oasis in the middle of the city

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooks the front garden. The small seat is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains are moving slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

You live in a lovely furnished apartment with antiques from the 19th century, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfortable queen size bed (160x200cm). There is a splendid view on Mount Pilatus, the Alps and the whole valley. Despite the stunning nature nearby, you reach the city of Lucerne or the valley station of Mt Pilatus within a short bus ride.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
