Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

It is furnished with selected retro furniture, etc. So take good care of the house and the dwelling. 300 meters to the beach with a jetty and playground. Two terraces in lovely overgrown garden. Plenty of space for outdoor games. BBQ and many outdoor games for activities in the garden. Note: bring your own charcoal. Electricity is charged separately.
