"A cute one bedroom holiday cottage, suitable for two people" Tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, this one bedroom holiday cottage comes complete with one kingsize pillowtop divan bed. The cottage has a modern bathroom with rain shower and bath plus a well equipped modern kitchen with dining table, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The lounge has enough comfortable seating for two people, a television and log burner. An outside table and chairs is provided in the garden, perfect for alfresco dining. The cottage also benefits from the use of a swimming pool (open seasonally and shared by other cottages but booked by appointment for private use) and seven and a half acres of beautiful Lincolnshire meadows and woodland. All our cottages are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to each holiday. Please refer to the cleaning and sanitisation page on our website for more information. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in some of our cottages. A charge per stay applies which can be added to the booking or paid locally, so please ask if you need more information before booking. Private car parking and undercover parking for motorcycles is available. CJ's Caravan is located on Withernsea Sands Parkdean Resorts. The caravan is clean tidy spacious and very homely. Location is great, in a quiet area of the caravan site and 5 minute walk to the club house/pool etc. lots for everyone to do on site. Great parks for the kids. Friendly staff and the site is very clean. Location of the site is perfect, 15 minute walk into Withernsea centre along the sea front. Although new to Arbnb the caravan has reviews. Lovely rural escape

New for 2021 we have our converted shipping container lodge. Perfect for this years holiday as it is completely self contained in the middle of fields. This is a 4 person lodge, (suitable for 2 adults and small 2 children as the sofa bed is small double bed) benefiting from its own open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom and double bedroom. Also own hot tub. Please note the garden of the lodge backs straight onto horses fields which there may be horses in during your stay
