You are vacationing in a simple but charming miller's apartment of a historic water mill, surrounded by an extensive property in the small village of Viez in Mecklenburg. Right outside the door are hiking trails through forest, fields and to the Viez heath, which blooms pink in summer. Schwerin and Ludwigslust offer sights such as castles and museums. Several swimming lakes, one with a water ski facility, offer sporting variety in summer. In winter, a wood-burning barrel sauna right by the stream beckons.

Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

One bathroom; only ONE fast induction hotplate, simple cooking, fridge, Wi-Fi. Double bed (160 × 200). Additional table + chairs in the garden. Free bikes. Bus on B207 junction Buchholz. Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

Very quiet neighborhood with a new children's playground. Good destinations: 75 km to Hamburg, 35 km to Schwerin.

This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. With its 2.5 light-flooded rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Apartment "Gardenview" just outside Schwerin

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Relax with the whole family or in a group with friends in this peaceful accommodation. Located in the middle of our 2-hectare natural garden with fruit trees and shrubs. The apartment is 80 m², has two separate bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen-living room with dining area, as well as a separate bathroom and toilet. From the living room you have direct access to the south garden and your own small wooden terrace.

Our vacation home Holli (non-smoking), offers you a generous amount of space. With about 145 square meters of living space over two fully usable floors, your vacation is also possible with up to 8 people without any problems. On the ground floor there is a bedroom for 2 people, a toilet with shower room and our kitchen-living room. Equipped with a fully equipped fitted kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator and a freezer.
