Rent 30 m² studio with a 140 X 190 bed in the separate mountain corner. The rooms of the apartment are served by a corridor and storage (shelves and cupboards). Upon entering you have the mountain corner on the right, a separate toilet and the bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The well-equipped kitchenette offers a dishwasher. The dining room equipped with a pull-out sofa bed offers 2 beds of 90 x 190 and overlooks a south-facing terrace through a large bay window.

The apartment is very well located in Alpe d 'Huez in the heart of the Bergers district, in the 4-star Pierre et Vacances les Bergers (av des Marmottes), 100m from the Golf/tennis, the Shepherds shopping center and the ski lifts(Marmottes chairlift1 at 100m). The residence offers: -outdoor pool heated to 28° + 2 saunas: winter season + from 05/31 to 6/6 + from June 14 (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.) with free access - "La Fondue" restaurant + pizzas/takeout. - bakery service -laverie

Nice appartement, very cosy and renovated, résidence du Val d'Ys in Cognet, ski start at 100m, central. Very well equipped with fast WiFi and high-end appliances / bedding / furniture. Beautiful apartment facing south. The apartment is located in the residence "Les 4 suns" at the foot of the 10-seater Alpe Express gondola (boarding station 20 meters from the apartment). The apartment has a large living room with a comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen, small bedroom and loggia. The residence has a small U supermarket, rental shops, restaurants, caterers, a bread/tobacco press depot, a laundry, etc.

NEW! Superb ski-in/ski-out apartment in the Residence Parenthèse, completely new, and located in the heart of the Vieil Alpe district and at the foot of the Alpe Express. The 105m2 apartment is ideal for accommodating 10 people thanks to its 3 double bedrooms (including 2 suites), its mountain corner with bunk beds, and a sleeping area with a 120x200 bed (ideal for 1 person, it is possible to put 2 children however).
