A lovely little self contained annex property situated on the edge of Cheltenham, Gloucester and Brockworth/Witcombe. Outdoor space to share also. The annex is within the grounds of our family home within the village of Brockworth, a few minutes walk will take you into the countryside. Local shops and services within 5 mins and a great local park for children. A great location to be visiting local events and attractions such as the Cheese Rolling event and Witcombe Cider Festival.

Our first floor flat offers twin bedded room with shower room, kitchen, Internet, TV and underfloor heating. Sunny aspect with windows on both sides. View over garden and countryside. The house is set back about 100 yards from the road and is therefore quiet. It has plenty of off road parking and a bus stop outside. Within 400 yards we have a pub, Chinese and Indian restaurants, cafe and newsagents. Nearest supermarket is one mile away.

Had a great stay, definitely worth the money. The room was on the ground floor, well-arranged, clean, and came with an en-suite bathroom. It was a quiet and calm space, perfect for resting. All essentials were provided, and Monica was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. She respected my privacy, which I appreciated. I was also able to charge my car using her charger for an extra fee, very convenient. Just a heads-up for anyone with allergies: there are cats on the property. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience. Would happily use again.
