Place near downtown, the entrance to the accommodation was well oriented and complies with what was offered

we arrived and we got not problem locating the place, we arrived with our children and as soon as we arrived we had a click with the apartment. it was very well equipped, we had orange juice every morning thanks to the juicer, my partner was very pleased with everything, we had a couple of hiccups but was fix in a gifi, Julio was so quick to respond and quick to sort thing out, he was also flexible at checking out, that was a 100!. we cooked breakfast and was so useful to have pans and a variety of utensils, we had portable heaters, as soon as we arrived we had to do washing and there was a washing machine and a drying rack there was lots of restaurants and mini market that had everything, it was great to have an a variety in everything, we are very sad to leave, however we hope to be able to comeback and stay at Don Julio's place again.

Although my stay was short, the days I was staying were incredible. There was understanding regarding check-in and check-out. The instructions were very accurate and there was smooth communication with the hosts. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. A warm place and close to downtown. I would stay with Escolástica again. Recommended.

Really a very pleasant and welcoming stay, Juan and Mrs. Flor really cared for us super well!!! They had a lot of details with us and although the place is small it's well laid out. It is comfortable and very safe. You feel at home and are always attentive to what is required. 😊Thank you very much😃

The apartment is located in a quiet area. It has access to bus line and bus service (very secure) that connects to the central part (which is very close by car). The area is very quiet. The apartment is very cozy and has absolutely everything one might need, very well equipped. Susan is super attentive, she contacted me as soon as I made the reservation to tell me what it takes to get to the house and was very kind, always willing to help me. Her mom is super friendly, very friendly and answering various questions. Recommended 100%

It's a very nice place, the owner is very friendly and helpful. It has all excellent amenities. It's a good place to spend time with family and friends.

Excellent! I highly recommend it if you plan to have your own space when you go to visit Huancayo, there were inconveniences with the wifi but it could be resolved, well grateful for the comfort and trust we were given.

Excellent service, very friendly, the kitchen equipped with everything you need, excellent attention, even had tea and sugar to prepare a matesito on the cold nights. All very good, located near Plaza Constitución. Only a small observation that in no way detracts from the service provided, we thought (so I consulted it, maybe my inquiry was not accurate) that we could use the entire apartment (the 3 rooms) since we were 3 adults, in the end only 1 room was enabled for us (1 bed and 1 cabin), if we wish to use the 3 bedrooms as it has a similar cost to use 1 room with 3 people. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Convenient 2 bedroom apartment. The accommodation overlooks the courtyard (wall less than 2m from the window), but in return it is very quiet. The bedding is good and there are basic kitchen amenities.

Everything was the same as in the photos, the place was very clean and tidy. Diego was always attentive to any questions I had.
