Chinese friends from the US, overall, the housekeeper was very kind and polite, and even invited us to eat fruit and mochi, the accommodation information was very clear, we arrived earlier than the scheduled time, the housekeeper was able to accommodate and was willing to come early to help us, highly recommended

This house is amazing!~ We are several with kids to meet in Taiwan for the New Year.From the time we were looking for a place to book, until we checked out and left, the host, Mr. Huang, was very enthusiastic about entertaining us.Remind us before you leave what documents need to be done and will also ask if we need local recommendations and arrangements.After booking the room, send us the check-in information of the apartment in advance so that we can arrange the itinerary of the vehicle.Contact us before check in to confirm the number of people and arrival time again and receive us at the apartment to arrange our check-in.Each room in the apartment is as shown in the picture, it is very tidy and cozy, the facilities are also very complete, the kids love it.Much better than expected, it was the most satisfying stop on my trip to Taiwan.Thank you very much for the great arrangement of the host and everything is available.Highly recommend for friends who come to Hualien ~ ~

The room is clean and bright, the king size bed is comfortable, and the balcony of room five is spacious and comfortable. The dog was inadvertently lost and Randy was patient in helping us check surveillance, not annoying to answer calls, helping us get back to the dogs smoothly and being a keen owner to help our guests.

The landlord is very nice. Any questions will be answered immediately. The space is large and very clean. It's not far from Hualien City. It's a good place for a group of people to travel. Your place was lovely, clean, tidy and provided a welcoming atmosphere. Even though we didn’t get to meet the host in person, communications was quick and smooth and your housekeeper was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Hualien and for sure we'll be coming back.
