Domeček POD KOSTELEM

Newly renovated 19th century manor house. The entire house with a separate entrance, a terrace with a grill and parking is available. The house has a convenient location in the center of Hluboká, less than 200 m from the square overlooking the church and 700 m from the castle. We would like guests to feel like they are visiting good friends, where they can, among other things, enjoy the comfort of our reading corner with a library in the alcove. Families with children are also welcome, and they can enjoy a cozy sleep on an elevated stage under the stairs on the site of the former furnace.

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Apartment in a two-generation house

Modern and peaceful accommodation in a spacious 2+kk (2 bedrooms + kitchenette) apartment with a separate entrance in the village of Borek near České Budějovice. Ideal for couples, families, and business stays. The apartment offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 3 people (double bed + single bed), a fully equipped kitchen, and pleasant amenities for relaxation. A big advantage is the hassle-free parking right in front of the house. Within walking distance, there is a popular Biotop swimming pool, perfect for summer relaxation.

Nemanice House

The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a folding chair. There's a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room. A total of 5 places. The house has its own courtyard with outdoor seating. Possibility to rent a baby cot. The kitchen includes an electric stove with a glass ceramic hob, a kettle and a toaster. Accommodation on the outskirts of Č. Budějovice in the immediate vicinity of public transport (300 m.). Bus ride to the center about 10 minutes. There is also a restaurant, drugstore, tobacco shop or grocery store nearby.

Beautiful and spacious flat with a terrace

This one bedroom flat is situated in a quiet residential area of Ceske Budejovice (150 km from Prague) and has the benefit of fantastic and spacious internal facing terrace. The flat compromises airy open plan kitchen/living room and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge). The lounge has a LED TV. Wifi available. Bedroom is air conditioned. The velux windows in the bedroom is facing a clean park, approx. 50 metres from a railway. Parking is available in the street.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Byt hosté najdou přímo v centru města. Má své kryté parkovací místo a nabídne moderní interiér i maximální pohodlí. Je 50m2 velký vč. lodžie a parkovacího stání v budově. Nachází se v bezpečné a klidné lokalitě, ale zároveň jen 5 minut pěšky od centra města. Budete mít na dosah vše, co město může nabídnout: divadla, kina, bary, restaurace, kavárny, plovárnu, nákupní centra, cyklo-stezka podél řeky, památky města jako je Černá věž, náměstí Přemysla Otakara II., radnice a mnoho dalšího.

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
