Marina’s home is just a gem! Right at the city center but in such a quiet place as it has a private courtyard. We felt like home in her apartment, we had everything we needed at our disposal and more. She is always ready to help you if you need anything. Really perfect location. Highly recommended! I will definitely refer her to friends who want to go to Yerevan and will try to get it next time I come to Armenia.

Our stay here was truly lovely. We spent most of our time in the apartment during the evenings, and it always felt warm and cozy — like a little home away from home. What made it even better was our amazing host. She was so kind, thoughtful, and always there for us — even when we had the most random or silly questions, she responded with patience and a smile. The only small thing was the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit low, so we had to stay a bit longer. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the comfort and good energy of the place. We’re really grateful — and if we ever come back, we’d love to stay here again. Thank you for everything.

I was happy to stay at Amalya’s apartment! Everything was great. The location isn’t in the city center, but it’s very quiet and surrounded by many food stores. It takes just 15–20 minutes to get downtown by taxi. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely fantastic! It had everything I needed and more - spotlessly clean, beautiful lighting, air conditioning, heated floors, and all the necessary appliances. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. The location is perfect, very close to the city center, with a supermarket and pharmacy right in the building. There’s also a 24/7 concierge, which made me feel super safe - 10/10! One of the best stays I’ve had in Yerevan. I’ll definitely be coming back!

You cannot go wrong with staying here. Very good place with everything you need to stay comfortably in Yerevan and you cannot ask for a better location. Artavazd provided it with everything we needed as well

This apartment was perfect and had everything I needed. Very close to multiple supermarkets and pharmacies all within 3 minute walk. The mega mall is also only 15 minute walk away. Great location and a great responsive host.

Отличное жильё. Есть всё что нужно как для краткосрочного, так и долгосрочного жилья. Очень удобные кровать и диван! Очень отзывчивый хозяин, помог нам с заселением и с детскими вещами, премного ему благодарны. В течение всего проживания помогал и с инструкциями, и с уборкой, и настройками в помещении.

Огромное спасибо за эту квартиру! Квартира полностью стоит своих денег, и я могу смело порекомендовать её другим. Мы снимали её на 10 дней вместе с девушкой. Для двоих это отличный вариант. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Всё сделано на высоком уровне. Хозяйка Арпи — замечательный человек: отзывчивая и всегда готова помочь. Нам пришлось остаться ещё на одну ночь из-за переноса рейса, но для Арпи это не стало проблемой. Огромное спасибо!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

The location is perfect—it's close to a shopping center, several great restaurants, and a grocery store, making everything I needed easily accessible. The apartment was spotless, and the bathroom was especially nice, featuring all the comforts I could ask for. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Andranik was a fantastic host, always replying promptly to any questions I had. We stayed at Sona's apartment over New Year and had a lovely time! It's clean, fresh, comfortable and definitely has everything for a pleasurable stay. The check in experience was smooth, thanks to Sona's sister. Inside the apartment is fully furnished, it even has an oven, which is rare for Airbnbs, the kitchen has all the tools we needed, as well as the appliances. The bed is comfortable, great pillows and enough blankets, towels and spre sheets. The balcony is definitely a lovely addition, because of winter we couldn't stay out for too long but it was great to go out and look at the city. The location is central, close to two main streets and sights, different supermarkets around (we especially recommend Yerevan City, it's huge and has all the souvenirs). The flat is close to a bus stop, which was convenient to move around the city. We had a great stay and would definitely like to return again!

Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

Мы замечательно провели время в квартире Кристины. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень светлая и уютная. Отличная терраса, с которой можно смотреть на город. Довольно шумно, если открыть двери на террасу. В спальне шум не мешает, там тихо. Огромный телевизор для просмотра фильмов. В доме есть небольшой магазин с продуктами и овощная/фруктовая лавка. Рядом кафе-столовая с хорошей едой и выпечкой.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!
