Impressive building, cozy bed, lots of beautiful ancient details. The location is great, once across the less busy road and you are in the beautiful city center. Annelies greeted us, explained the parking lot and the house. She filled the refrigerator beforehand so that we could have breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back! Really a place to relax for a while. The converted barn is very spacious and is nicely decorated. Enough places to hang out or work. It is a bit of a walk to cross the bridge, but if you do not mind, Zutphen is fine to walk. The reception was very friendly and the apple pie that was ready upon arrival was worth an extra star

We had a really wonderful time in this beautiful apartment! It is in a beautiful old building, but is modern but cozy inside. Nice big bed, spacious kitchen and a nice sitting area with large TV, chromecast etc. You step out the door and are in the center of Zutphen, very convenient! Johan is a very friendly, attentive host who even arranged a camping bed for our 1-year-old daughter. We felt very welcome ☺️

We were very comfortable and at home. We loved that there were so many wooded walks from the doorstep. Zutphen is close and worth the visit. Our hosts gave us an introduction to a great restaurant. All in all a good experience and we’d stay again.
