Bedroom 1: Bunk bed with double bed with room for 3 people. Bedroom 2: Storage room that has been converted into a bedroom. Here there is a bunk bed and room for 2. Cramped and best suited for children/adolescents The couch in the living room is a sofa bed. Can also be used. On the terrace there are tables and benches, so that the view can be enjoyed to the fullest.

If you want to try your luck at fishing, there is a rowboat below the cabin. If you want to explore the area more, Dalen city center is about 20 km away. There you will see the beautiful Dalen Hotel, walk the sherpa stairs up to the famous croft Rui and enjoy the fantastic view over the Telemark Canal. In Dalen city center there are cozy shops and cafes you can visit.

At 970 m above the ocean, the snow is guaranteed in the winter, and beautiful hikes start 20m from the door. 18 beds- unable to update from 16 persons due to Airbnb limitations :-) You drive all the way to the main entrance door. Great ski trails start 200 m from the cabin, and there are opportunities for cross-country skiing right from the cabin to Svånuten at 1349 meters above sea level. Enjoy the view from the terrace while you light the fire pit to keep warm during the winter cold or on a bright summer evening.

Possibility of fishing in Hartevann and other nearby bodies of water.

The cabin has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus an extra shower in the laundry room. Groomed ski slopes below the cabin. Large alpine resort and water park are about 15 minutes drive away. Electricity and wood are included in the price. You are most welcome!

Hovden i Setesdal, Norway

Kjempekoselig familiehytte tett ved fiskevann, butikker, skiløyper etc etc. Direkte i flott tur terreng og 200m fra løypenettet til hovden. Bilvei helt til døra med parkering til 4 biler. Hytta ligger i et rolig hyttefelt 5 km syd for Hovden sentrum. Hytta har god plass inne og mye boltre plass utendørs med egen bålpanne plass og 2 sittegrupper. Sengetøy kan leies for NOK 150,- pr person på forespørsel.

Haukeli husky - log cabin

The lodge is located at Tjønndalen Fjellgard in a scenic mountain area about 900 meters above the see level. There are great hiking trails right outside the cabin, summer and winter. We also operates Haukeli Husky who offers dogsledding summer and winter. You are of course welcome to visit our kennel and our 55 friends when you are our guest.
