The cabin has a steep slope on the front but with a fence. Has parking space with main road to the cabin and with the cabin, somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with table and chairs. Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and hiking. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to Kristiansand Zoo and Sørland Center. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed 140 cm, and one with a bunk bed 120+75. There is a possibility of extra mattress, and travel bed for baby. Located on the 2nd floor, there are stairs up with a private entrance. The road has a toll booth at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. You don't need a fishing license.

Blindleia is 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage loft has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes daybed with good mattresses (sleeps 2). Max 6 persons.

The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are arranged for two families on the trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.
