Monthly Rentals in Housatonic River

I really enjoyed my stay with Stephanie. Her place is tucked away in the woods and very quiet. The wildlife was beautiful—always birds visible from the windows. Stephanie would always respond to texts immediately and went above and beyond to help keep adjust to the new area. She is one of the nicest people I have met. Perfect location for reading and relaxing. Large private space not far from Yale and all the other universities. Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend.

Diana’s apartment was private and extremely comfortable. Big bright sunny rooms with space to relax. She was very responsive and check in was very easy. Quiet neighborhood yet close enough to the highway and stores.

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

I came to New Haven for my college reunion and this was the perfect place to stay. The room was comfy and quiet. The shared bathroom was clean. It is located just a few minutes walk from the heart of Yale and downtown. Remy was super helpful answering my questions as I made my plans. Two thumbs up!
