A guest house in the garden of my home with all you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill.
