Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

There is also a shared large lawn set within 2 acres with a beautiful natural area with large mature trees and scenic views and a swing seat for two. There is a shared conservatory for both annexes. “Swift Retreat” is a beautiful one-bedroomed barn conversion in the attractive village of Thrussington in the heart of the Wreake Valley. Discounted rate! We are currently undergoing building work in the property next door.
